Gave him my car to fix up, told me one thing over the phone (he was sure that was the issue, I even confirmed it with him), car was ready next day, come to pick it up still same issue. Then he told me the issue was something else. Waste of time and money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband took his carto this unprofessional body shop to get a rebuilt engine put in and the service was horrible, he was also charged $4700.00 in which he was over charged because for one after a week of the acura being at the shop, my husband drove me and him to reno for the weekend and going up was fine but on the way back the car started shaking, the it lost power and cut off completely and we were stuck in reno until AAA was called. Then the next day the owner Will came to pick up the car and it was in the shop for about another month. Then to top it off the manager Sean dropped a exhaust pipe on my husbands newly painted car and nobody said anything, my husband spotted it once he got the car home, in my opinion, that shop The Spot is unprofessional, crooked, and they know nothing about fixing cars. The owner is horrible, he showed no remorse about me and my husband being stuck in reno, even after the car had just came out of the shop. Once my husband talk to him about the embedded scratches the said give him a month and he would re-paint it, because the owner will is strapped for money. We regret taking our car to them idiots.

Took my truck for an oil leak. They said it needed a pressure wash just to find the leak. They charged me 200 dollars for just a pressure wash. They gave me a diagnostic which added up to 1200 total. I changed my mind and picked up my truck. Pressure wash never happened but still charged me for it. Took it to a different shop, they confirmed that the prior mechanic never pressured washed it. Turns out that everything that the spot auto shop diagnostics showed was not even what my truck needed. Lost money with this horrible scamming shop. DO NOT GO HERE. They will try to charge you for things your car does not need. They will over price everything they do there. I saved myself $1,000 taking my truck else where. I took the lost of my 200 plus. Horrible shop. I don't know how their still in business scamming people for their hard worked money.

Unfortunately, good prices does not mean good automotive repair work. The head mechanic has been sick and absent so I see and feel the difference in this shop's work. I've had my vehicle serviced here 3 times. Again, the good prices were too good and the poor repair work caused me to redo the work elsewhere.

Sean was very kind to me over the phone when I called asking for my car to be fixed. My car wasn't starting and it was the fuel pump. My car was ready in a day and with a great price! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mechanic!

I pulled in there and talk to the owner he is a very nice guy He immediately got a mechanic to jump on it and resolve my problem it was quick simple and easy and it was fairly inexpensive I would recommend This place to anybody who needs their car fixed They're all really nice people there I will be back

"diagnostic free with repair" interesting, because it is sure as hell wasn't free for me. It took them an entire day to figure out the problem and I was charged for it even when I had them repair it. I wish I would have shopped around because when I suspected I was way overcharged, I asked other auto shops how much they would have charged (after I knew what was causing my problem) and it was much less. I now feel like a s****** I wish I wouldn't have been in such a desperate hurry to get my taillights fixed or that there would be a review that would have warned me. But, you live and you learn. Perhaps you all could learn from my mistake and not be as trusting to this place as I was. The extra star is for them fixing the problem.

Great service here! I've ordered many different parts from Quality and never had any issues! All the employees are a great help and Marvely has been helping me for years! She's super helpful and is always able to find parts for me! I would definitely recommend to come here for parts!
