These folks were great. I need a replacement Waste Toner cartridge ASAP. I called a number of other office supply places and none of them had the part in Stock.A-Tec had the part there and waiting for me when I arrived. It was a quick in and out with a side bit of enjoyable conversation.

I was in search of a printer repair shop, and I had the good fortune of stumbling into A-Tec Office Solutions. My HP inkjet printer wouldn't print, scan or do a new cartridge alignment after I replaced the empty ones with some newly bonafide HP ink cartridges, like I've always done for the past 5 years. I went in and was warmly greeted by everyone. You could sense this place was a family-run business, or at least it felt that way to me. Anywho, I explained my situation and was told up front what the minimum charge would be to try and fix the issue I was having with my HP printer. They went a step further and advised me that I would be much better off just buying a new printer instead of paying "x" amount of dollars in repair costs; they even went online and showed me some printers to prove their point. I APPRECIATE the advise I was given because it turned out to be the right decision for me. It's rare in this day and age to find good business owners with integrity who will inform their customers and not rip them off. Thank you A-Tec!!!!

Joe is the BEST! My copier was costing me way TOO MUCH in ink cartridges and yielding not nearly the number of copies I would have expected. Joe set me up with a brand new copier that is fast, so very reasonable and it is colored!!! You can buy outright or lease. We chose the lease option to buy because it budgeted better for our business. When we run out ink, we call Joe and he is in our office in a flash replacing it. Give Joe a call for all your copier/fax needs and you will be totally satisfied with his expertise and service!

This is the place to for all your printer needs! Very responsive great service. Jim has saved my bacon a few times when I needed some work done last minute he took care of it and did an outstanding job. They should allow me to select more then 5 stars cause they are a 10 star place for sure!

I call a Atec solutions this morning, my printer wasn't working right I thought I need it new ink, I expled to Jim what was going on and he came to the shop to take a look at it he knew what he was doing and fix it after 5-10 minutes, I was amazed with the fast service and the technical support from their company, I rate then at 5 star and plus, thanks Jim for your service
