To kind not to share! Honestly! I was driving with my mother and my daughter to AZ from Oregon in my mom’s jeep and she’s like look at my headlights they been doing that on and off lately! And what was happening was they were flickering and turning off for a sec while we were driving at night and let’s just say it was terrifying! So now it’s finally day light making our way through Cali and I found this shop off I-5 and gave them a call, told them what was going on etc . Even know he was super busy he said we could just swing by and take a look anyways for us ! Seriously we couldn’t have been more thankful we were turned down 3times before this call btw ! We get there about 30mins later he comes out knows what the problem was immediately! Pulls the bulbs and explains how someone gave her brighter lights without a converting the whole set up for those lights! He happens to have the ones she will need puts them in and didn’t even charge her! So Rodney Tripp you sir will forever be remembered and we are forever grateful for ur help ! Thank u for insuring us on the rest of our trip to AZ ! Now we can safely get to AZ by tonight because of you !! Honestly the fact that you were clearly busy and did this for complete strangers and out of state even says a lot! We would give more then 5stars if we could! THANK YOU !

This is my 2nd time to this shop.. my engine light came on so I took it in. It ended up being the same sensor that went out the 1st time so they took care of me as quickly as possible & it ended up being warrantied from the 1st visit so no out of pocket cost for even looking at it. Rodney took the time to explain to me the issues with my sensor. I feel comfortable taking my car here & confident with Rodney & his crew.

One of my hoses blew on my infiniti g35
They got me right in, fixed it, and changed my oil all within 2 hours. Couldn't be in better hands, being a single mom, this shop is exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you guy's!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENING TO YOU THIS IS MY STORY: A care auto care had my car since 5/28/2024 - 6/7/2024. had check engine light on p0420 code, on the way to a care auto repair car went in limp mode. A care auto repair diagnosed it to be the brake control module which is the only thing I agreed to replace which will take 2 days to arrive. they informed me if i order part myself there's no warranty on the part but if they do then there is. after a week in shop they said the new control brake module they ordered was defective so they had to order another one from chevy. 2nd week in shop part arrives but they say can't get part in then they change story and say part is in but they can't reprogram to 100% only 90%. they inform me in waiting for 2nd new part to arrive they took out my brand new gm coil pack that i purchased months prior without my permission and replaced it with another brand new one for no reason with no written proof that part is brand new or even authentic gm part. they inform me that the first module they purchased may not even have been defective then they say their not sure. no written estimate at all only verbal for replacing the brake control module. Didn't complete job. car out of limp mode but according to the invoice A auto gave me there are still fault codes and had to take to chevy to complete job i paid them thousands for. only gave them permission to replace brake control module not coil pack. Refused when asked for my coil pack back that I had purchased brand new from chevy a few months ago, because they stated they were going to get money back from chevy because of warranty. they said if i wanted my part back, i have to pay labor for them to put it back even though i never asked them to replace in the first place. they informed me they were going to take to chevy without my permission and come and charge me because they couldn't get brake control module reprogrammed to 100%. Again all this without letting me know. they still offered to finish the job by taking it to chevy. i refused and took it myself and got it back the same day. has me questioning if the brake control module they put in is even new. who knows what else they did without telling me. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Full engine replacement, transmission service and suspension parts replaced on my 2012 Ram. I requested all repairs. Rodney was as honest is the day is long! He knows what he’s doing and all of his crew is professional! My truck was in and out of the shop in 2.5 days no leaks no issues 1800 miles so far! This is my garage from now on! Honest people!

Amazing service and super quick, Rodney and the team is really the best. I had a problem with my car's suspension that made unable to drive. I called a few shops around but they all wouldn't be able to take me in that day. A Care was the only place that was able to take me in that day, and they got it fixed super quickly the next day.
I've also been having this issue with some extremely loud squeaking underneath my car for maybe a year now, and every mechanic I've been to has been unable to find or fix the issue. Rodney sat in the car with me so we could diagnose the sound, and he immediately figured it out once it happened. We did a full replacement of the clutch kit and throwout bearing, and now driving my car almost feels like the first day I got it.
This shop is awesome and I'll definitely be going here for everything all of my car repairs!

DONT LET THEM FIX YOUR CAR!! I’s a money $$$ pit! Each time I take my car in to fix what they supposedly already fixed, they find a new problem, never fixing the original problem or the new problems they’ve created. After spending several thousands of dollars, my car is still not fixed!! This has happened to several of my family members also. Very rude customer service! I would definitely not ever recommend this company to anyone!

My cars check engine light turned on as I was driving and decided to bring it in. Even though they were about to close, Dominic was amazing in helping us trying to get my spark plugs replaced before closing to get us back on the road.
Highly recommend in bringing any issues here. They are super friendly and knowledgeable!
