They close the door on the clock and refuse service during business hours claim they are completely closed and they sit there on their phones and watch the locked door.

Actually, I am from this area close to 7-Eleven and always when I enter on daytime, then it will be American employers, and they were always letting me to enter the restroom and when I entered today night, it will be Indian guys but they didn’t let me to go to restroom is the question is there is no restroom or not working what they are doing they need the restroom is this fair?

Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. I don’t give reviews often but this place definitely deserves every 1 star rating they have. Multiple Pumps don’t work, Night shift guy is EXTREMELY rude, dayshift is full of incompetent staff. Save yourself the trouble and just go across the street to the Arco. Much friendlier there and no pump troubles.My visit was on 12/16/2023 at 11:50pm

The employees here are not the least bit friendly. They don't even greet or talk to you at the counter. After they are done scanning your items you have to wait while they punch in their own 7-11 rewards number so they can earn your points for themselves. They don't ask if you have your own number nor do they care. If I was 7-11 I would check into this location's practices

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.If I can give this place a zero I would.Don’t get gas here unless you use cash.The card machine at the islands don’t work.It’ll tell you to go inside.And when your done getting gas, the island doesn’t give you a receipt.And when you go back inside, the cashier will give you an attitude when you ask for your gas receipt.And when they do give it to you, its for the right pump, but wrong time.And when you check your bank account a few days later.THEY’LL CHARGE YOU THE AMOUNT YOU PAY AND NOT THE AMOUNT YOU GOT. I put $60, and only got $41 of gas and my bank account was still charged $60.BE WARN. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU SHOP HERE.

if I could give this NEGETIVE STARS I WOULD. DONT even bother stopping, THEY HAVE SOME MESSED UP PEOPLE WORKING. We were driving and needed something to drink to keep us awake until we got home and use the bathroom. So we stopped in and 2 of us we're using the bathroom and 3 of us were waiting. All of a sudden this dirty looking employee decides to come up and start yelling at us in another language, not making sense. then proceeds to put these empty boxes infront of one of the doors that were OCCUPIED!! we said someone was in their and he looked mad and started jiggling the handle aggressively then starts pointing to the other door that the other person just got out of and I went in their cause I needed to go. When I came out the guy shover over more boxes to block that one off as well, and just walked off. like what the, we were gonna get drinks but just walked out instead. I wouldn't EVER GO BACK TO A SEVEN 11 IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY ACT

So I've heard that this place steals your credit card info. I see some sketchy guy with a computer next to the gas pumps. I let the cashier know. He just ignores me and says he only works to put the numbers on the computer and charge for stuff nothing more. I always go to this place and the male foreign cashier always harrasing the women. He is always on the phone 24/7 with his sister saying how he can't wait to get home and be in bed with her. Guy is weird and rude and probably won't do anything to him cuz he must be the managers cousin/lover.

Do not order delivery from any of the delivery apps for this place. They will never ever ever give you what you want. I’ve literally have ordered so many times now and they have never once giving me the proper coffee, chips or anything else. That’s like a huge joke over there to do so.
