“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “One of the only places in marin I could find that ships wine! They were kind and helpful during the busy holiday season. Very fast service too! Not cheap ($50 shipping for 2 bottles) but I'm pretty sure they don't set their own pricing and it's a liability thing. Not judging them for that. The wine I sent got to Portland, Oregon in 2 days so that was a major plus. I will be back for all my wine whipping needs!”

“By far the best UPS store in Marin. Had to get passport photos done, travel documents notarized, and then mail them out express--we were in and out in a flash! We go here for everything, the guys running the shop are always friendly, fast, efficient, super helpful, and transparent with all options available. I've had other UPS stores in the area price gouge my family members with box and shipping costs that ended up being much lower here. Thanks for being honest, Corte madera crew.”
“I had a ton to do and David and Matt were both awesome. I had to print things, make scans, copies, notarizations, mails things internationally. They were more helpful than any UPS store I’ve ever been to. Really good customer service. I even gave a tip because they saved me so much time :)”

“I made a mistake of not thoroughly reading return item instruction by e-commerce but the staff here took the item and packaged it for me to be returned properly.I appreciate the staff who took charge if things go beyond of what was required to do.I’ll definitely support this particular UPS store. And a large parking lot with an easy access to the store always put me to an ease compared to some other UPS stores impossible to get to or the traffic congestion is absolutely insane especially the ones in San Rafael.”
