“Surf + Sand is a lovely boutique in Mill Valley with a highly curated selection of ethically made goods and female owned, sustainable brands! The founder, Lauren, has such beautiful taste and makes great personal recommendations. I really enjoyed my first time in the shop (and my new matching set for summer beach days) and I will be back again soon!”

“Great refillery for refilling your soaps, shampoo, body wash, and cleaning supplies! A great way to reduce our trash/recycling products. I frequently get dish soap & shampoo refilled here -- the store has a great selection, all sustainably sourced and quality products. The business owner is incredibly friendly & helpful. Please check it out (and stop buying endless plastic bottles for soap) if you consider yourself an environmentalist!”
“I have become a total coffee snob over the last 5 or 6 years and won't even waste my time with a mediocre cup of coffee. Longway has never let me down! It is my favorite! Incredible espresso drinks and great service. They also have some very cool unique items in the retail part of the store. Love this place!”

“I wear jeans all the time and this is always my go-to place. It's not just that I like supporting small, local businesses -- although that's part of it. Jeans to-A-T has the best selection and variety and the most knowledgable service you can find. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it for you soon. I don't post many reviews but this is such a friendly and a pleasant place to shop for jeans (and some related stuff) that I'm happy to write this one.”

“LOVE this shop!!!!! What a wonderful shopping experience I had at OCN. I ended up getting a gorgeous fitted yet slouchy majorly comfy beautifully made Maison Hotel sweater. Love it. Really cool and unique pearl jewelry, stunning handmade moccasins. Just a really great and super pleasurable shopping experience. Everywhere you look makes you feel Aloha. They served me tea, we hung out a bit. And I was free to do my thing too. So special to connect with the shop owners Carlene and Jeff (did I spell it right?)”
“My new favorite place! I got some amazing quality clothes (including the jacket in brand new condition: pictured) and Vince Camuto boots (pictured) for a fantastic price! Some things there are vintage and some modern style. I also found a 1960’s vintage Disney Pluto plush that is the cutest toy I have ever seen. The store has a good amount of things without being annoying to look through or push all the hangers over to get one sweater out :)”
“I've shopped here a few times. Owner has great taste, a bit eclectic mixed with classic leather bags and shoes. The items are pristine...everything is steamed and looks perfect, which I appreciate as consignment. You feel as if you're buying new yet know you're helping the environment. The great thing about consignment that I love is you won't be buying something everyone else has off the rack...it feels one of a kind. Prices are fair for brands she carries... I recommend this shop. Ps she has evening wear.”
“Largest selection in the area, can serve most serious surf needs. Friendly employees who are very helpful with wetsuits. I really like one of the owners. Also best selection of clothes at a surf shop in the area, but also maybe period. It was initially a very highly curated selection when it was just in the little front space. Now there are way more options which to me leaves it feeling a bit watered down but for most people it's probably nice to have more options. It's cool to be able to walk in and have a high likelihood of being able to score my mom the exact pair or flip flops I have in mind, which wouldn't have been possible if they hadn't filled in the selection with the additional options. Also the restaurant is good. It kind of feels like they've managed to create a scene from nothing in the area, impressive little community they've built.”
“I love the brand Pendleton and have been back to this store these passed months as I am a flight attendant. Jennifer is such a lovely lady and I love how they let me take my time to sink in all the beautiful products and even calling overseas to share the store. So I will be back next Friday and love to see the employees again. Such a good customerservice, ambiance and coming back feels like coming home!”
