I'm not a petite person but they have such a great variety of brands and styles, even I was able to find something I love. The staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with me and I appreciate them all so much. Go in and visit them, I promise you won't be disappointed!”

“Because of all the great reviews I read about LA story alterations, I went there, and had Susie alter a dress I was planning to wear for my granddaughter’s wedding. She did a beautiful job, and because of that great experience, I had her alter The dress I was planning to wear for my daughters wedding four months later. Both dresses turned out absolutely beautiful. Also, she did a marvelous job altering my younger daughter’s dress, who was the maid of honor at her older sister’s wedding. I highly recommend LA story alterations.”

“Great help today for a halibut / shore fishing setup. Worked with Kaden (?) and he was very helpful and did all the work for me - with my particular parameters (weight, action, length, price, etc..) He hit all the marks - and quickly.The store is on a weird corner but parking in the back is easy enough and the store is well stocked. I will definitely go back for my future fishing needs.”
“Don't walk, run to Torrid in the Valencia Mall in Beautiful Santa Clarita, CA. Courtney and Destinee are amazing!. Courtney Blessed me with amazingly Stellar customer service. “My 12yr old niece adores the Hot Topic near her home in Loma Linda. But the Valencia Town Ctr. location has terrible service. Rude, abrupt, and interrupted... their female clerk thst day was obviously 'being held there against her will'!? She wanted nothing to do with us. Her contempt was palpable!We finally just asked the other gal for assistance with the dressing room and she wasn't much better.My young niece was both hurt and confused as she wanted to spend her allowance along with my gift money on their merchadise. But they seemed more interested in restocking duties than us. The first gal was even upset when my niece needed an shirt size out front of a wall rack hanging on a display hanger. It was out infront of the others. And as it was the only shirt in my niece's size she needed it. But the gal was clearly irritated she wanted that one. I kept thinking "don't you want us to buy anything here?"The lHot Toic location near Loma Linda where my family lives has the best staff!! My family loves them there. Needless to say our special Valencia mall outing was a disappointment for both of us. Just another reason I just do not want to go into shopping malls anymore.Instead of buying what we needed there, we only got a cold shoulder shirt and arm warmers for me niece. As my niece is losing her Mom to advanced pancreatic cancer she really needed a 'win'. Hot topic could have really scored with us that day. Instead, we left upset and mostly empty handed. We won't bother returning. Their staff at the Valencia store obviously don't care either way apparently.☹”

“I have no idea why Kohl’s would have shopping carts that can’t go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.”

“I recently visited Old Navy in Stevenson Ranch to make some returns, and the service I received was exceptional. Gia, who was in training, handled my returns with great professionalism. Even when she had questions, she remained courteous. Her supervisor, Maddy, was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted Gia with such kindness and patience. “I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”

“Nordstrom Rack is THE ONLY place to go for designer shoes in extended sizes for Women (size 11, 12 and even 13?!). I LOVE their shoe selection! Great prices too! The only problem is that they don't keep shoes in stock. When they're gone, they are gone! They don't have a great selection of plus size clothes in store either. Their website however does. I REALLY like this store. I am a Nordstrom kind of girl. I just wish that they had an Antelope Valley location. The old Bed, Bath, & Beyond store site in Palmdale is vacant. A Nordstrom Rack there would be absolutely perfect!”

“I am new to the Fabletics brand. However, last Saturday I bought five compress pants and four high impact sport bras and I must say I have been wearing them all week and I noticed that these pants have helped with heavy and tired legs as I am a older women. I felt so good that I have been able to gain mobility without pain in my legs. I was able to improve my steps daily and as yesterday I actually gained over 10,000 steps and 5 flights of stairs. I also see toning starting in my legs. I believe it's because of these pants because when I put a pair of shorts on my legs got heavy and tired again. I lady that help me was also great and very patient with all of the items I tired on to get the best fit for my body type being a larger lady. The value was get as I got a huge discount being a VIP member.”
