βI was just passing through the area and I figured I would stop by and check out this place. I am so glad I did. They are now my favorite tackle shop in all of California. I wish I had a store like this close to where I lived. I had some good conversations with the two guys in there, they were very friendly and helpful. Their selection is the best I've ever seen of any tackle store. I ended up getting a rod and reel combo setup for bluefin and I will make sure I stop by here every time I pass through the areaβ

βI stopped by this Hot Topic store while inside Valencia Town Center. My wife like a Hey Arnold shirt I got her from the store before so I came to see if they had anymore. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her that I was just looking at their tshirts and she let me browse. They have a lot of different shirts like Dragon Ball, music artist and etc. I didn't see any Hey Arnold shirt so I didn't buy anything.β
βGreat store! Great staff! This was my first experience buying scrubs at Uniformland and it won't be my last. I'm not a petite person but they have such a great variety of brands and styles, even I was able to find something I love. The staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with me and I appreciate them all so much. Go in and visit them, I promise you won't be disappointed!β

βI have no idea why Kohlβs would have shopping carts that canβt go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.β

βI stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.β
βI recently visited Old Navy in Stevenson Ranch to make some returns, and the service I received was exceptional. Gia, who was in training, handled my returns with great professionalism. Even when she had questions, she remained courteous. Her supervisor, Maddy, was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted Gia with such kindness and patience. Both Gia and Maddy made the experience smooth and pleasant. Their customer service was truly impressive. Five stars!β

βMy wife wanted to stop by this Soma store when we came to the Valencia town center. I took her to the store in Woodland Hills so she's already familiar with the brand. When we walked inside, the lady working greeted us and told us about the sale they are having. She was very helpful to us and other customers in the store. She was trying very hard to provide the best customer service and she did. My wife took a took at the sale rack and saw some stuff that she liked but didn't purchase it.β
