Usually always a lot of empty spaces on the self checkout but the only thing I don't like about Walmart but all Walmarts that their customer service closes very early and also one time I went a couple months ago towards the night time they were remodeling one of the aisles from the frozen section and the store was still open but it was capped off with tape and plastic so I couldn't enter which was a bummer because I wanted to get something from that aisle which was the main reason why I went to Walmart for! So I thought that was unfair since the store was still open like that's something you should do when the store is closed not when it's about to close either if there's 20 minutes till closing or even 3 minutes the store is still open and I should have access to what I am looking for! but sure enough the alcohol Lane was wide open and accessible. So that's why I'm giving three stars because I had to drive pretty far for the main thing that I wanted and I couldn't get it because people were working on that aisle during store hours and denied me entry when I asked if I could grab something from there

Its Always busy but not too crazy. I hate crowds, but this is usually tolerable even when I have the kids with me. Staff is generally polite. I just hate when I have to use the scanner on my app for at least half my stuff because the item does not match the price tags. It's hit or miss when it comes to baby necessities, and the clothing selection is horrible.

Unbelievable! I usually don't leave bad reviews. I ordered a train set, a PS5 and 4 bikes for Christmas gifts on Black Friday. I recieved the train set and was notified the PS5 and bikes could not be delivered because they didn't have a delivery driver. Since I lived 15 minutes away, I went ahead and went in store to pick the order up to save the confusion. Well, this added to the confusion 100xs more! I recieved one bike and the PS5. I was notified the other 3 bikes are at a different location and I would have to wait until they were delivered to their store or my home. Well this morning I recieved an email and they canceled the wrong order. They canceled the 3 pending bikes instead of the one I picked up. Now here I am calling store to store as as well as customer service to figure out how to get these bikes back in process to arriving to me before Christmas for my children and the customer service agents and supervisor is acting dumbfounded. This is not my inconvenience. It's yours. Not to mention, I shopped in store before checking out and returning to the pick up area. My family waited in the car as I went back in. I waited about 30 minutes for the pick up agent to verify my order and inconveniently only recieved one bike. The exit at pick up was closed so I walked to the front of the store to exit. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE EMBARRASMENT AS THE ASSOCIATE CLAIMS I DID NOT PAY FOR THE BIKE I JUST WAITED 30 MINUTES TO VERIFY!!!!!!!!! A LABEL WITH MY NAME WAS ON TOP OF THE BOX! She calls the manager from the self check out, the store manager, and 2 other employees to verify I paid for the bike I just had to explain to the pick up associate! Now I am sitting at the front in full embarrasment as my fiance' and children wait in the car worrying what's taking me so long because it looks like im attempting to walk out of the store with the bike when I spent more than 4xs the amount of the bike in-store a hr before and my total order was about $1,000 and I only recieved half of my order! Again, THIS IS NOT MY INCONVIENCE, this is YOUR failure to communicate. I've never experienced a bad experience at Walmart. This was the first and I'm very VERY disappointed. Please do better. It's the holidays and the last thing someone want is added stress and trauma. And in ending, I STILL did not recieve the bikes and I'm being told I have to go back to their store AGAIN to repurchase the bikes because they can't reverse my canceled order. Is this the Walmart experience? I would of had a better deal dealing with the Black Friday crowds!Edited: Although I am left to return to this store again and repurchase the bikes. I'd like to thank the pick up supervisor Teresa for retrieving the bikes, placing them on hold, and honoring the price for me. A viable solution to a complicated problem.

I'm ♿ I am waiting for a hip replacement. I have been using your cats as a walker. I have been looking for a big screen TV.I don't remember the associate who helped me but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the TVs.I hope that my wife will get the hints that I will give her before Christmas. The prices are always the lowest and your Halloween candy section is a great one. We live about 16 miles away from the Walmart and we are not going anywhere else.The people are very friendly and I am thankful that they were willing to help me. But they were out of the cornuts with Chili and Lime.Thanks for having the items we need for all of our stuff.

Always find what I need. Very clean place. Nice people. But one thing the new check out does not work that well. I had a hard time on the Self check out.

Visited their Auto service department in Stevenson Ranch. Beware. My friend and I went to get oil changes, it was a ghost town, no customers there. Employees refused to do an oil change for my friend and I. No wonder walmart stores are closing. Employees don't want to work. Called supervisors, unable to resolve. Called corporate, they never called me back. Went to discount tire and had them raise my car, behold no leak, it's a seal oil shops put to confirm they changed the oil.

This store deserves 0 stars. I have shopped in this store for over 10 years and unfortunately a few months ago I was injured by an employee. The employee pulled a palette of eggs into my hip and ran over my foot with it. Not only did she not apologize she went about her day stocking eggs. To add insult to injury, they do not accept responsibility if they injure you. I never got an apology or a follow up to see if I was ok. It is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself safe at Walmart! Employees can go about causing injury without any remorse or repercussions.

This wal mart is like most wal marts and I'm normally satisfied with my visit to this one but this time they didn't carry what I was looking for and when I was leaving, the 'door monitors' gave me an unusually rough time. That was because I went in with my old, empty, already used can of AC PRO and I showed them I was walking in with it as I entered.but there was a different person by the door when I was headed out. Really insane!

Do not go late at night. The isles are piled with boxes and you can barely get what you want from the shelves. Instacartvand walmart curbside workers tend to misplace items. Not everything is in it's place. Prices well.. going higher but still better than most stores.
