I went to SoCal Auto Mall and got a price that was higher than anyone else. I just sold my wife's car and the transaction was quick and easy.I can't speak what the experience is to buy a car here, but the selling experience was great. We discussed what needed to be addressed for the vehicle maintenance; worked that would be done, time and cost. She delivered as promised. Kudos to her. Only 4 out for 5 stars because of cost. Unfortunately in these hard economic times, pre-pandemic pricing will not be coming back soon.

Minus one star for lack of follow though. As the car was presented to us we asked for the keys and they said " Well let me show you a few details on the car first". At the finale of that we were presented with only one key. It was a little alarming as at no point were we told they only have one key. The sales team said they would order us another one and have it shipped to us ASAP. We thought to ourselves " well how bad could it be for a week or two and we would just manage". However here we sit one month later and still no 2nd key. On top of that we are constantly reaching out to them once a week to inquire and they did not automatically reach out to us and update us with the status. On Friday (late afternoon) we received a notification that instead of them shipping to us we need to drive to the dealership (30 minutes away) and have them program a new key. Oddly enough you would think that after a month of inconvenience they would offer to drive to us to program it or find another solution that did not incnvenience the customer any longer. than had already happened. We texted back to inquire on the hours that we need to do this and how long it would take since we now need to carve out about an hour and half - two hours of our time to get his finished once and for all and have yet to hear back. :(”

Armin is one of the most attentive people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He’s helped me and my mom out since day one; our Q60 went through a bad accident. Never met him due to my work schedule during that period but I really appreciated the transparency via calls! In person: extremely detailed, eloquent, and overall just a great person to shoot the sheesh with. When my mom met him for the first time she came home telling me she won’t go anywhere else going forward. Totally get it.

I believe my tech’s name was Gus and he was great too! Awesome customer service and super friendly. I didn’t know this but they record your inspections so you can get updates real time?! That’s sick lol.

We would previously go to the Thousand Oaks location but after multiple let downs and ridiculous quotes, I’m glad we were able to opt for Valencia. Couldn’t recommend Armin and Gus enough!! Thank you again ^~^”
