This is my favorite UPS store. I always come in with a bunch of tubes to ship and every time I'm there anyone working there is so helpful and friendly. This store really has the best team.

This UPS gave our computer to someone that was not us. I called and told them to hold the package until we were back and they gave it to someone else without checking ID and knowing we weren’t back yet. They refuse to respond.

my experience with them was not good. Customer service is bad. The store is dark and dirty cause their goal is to extract as much money as they possibly can from you. They use words like will see will try. Expect an up charge for literally everything you do. I'm surprised they don't charge for the air inside the store.

This place is such a delightful errand. In and out very quickly. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. I'm always in aw everytime I go in there because I'm so used to the crappy mail places. This one is superb. Good job manager! You have a great team!

I always get top notch service here! Many people must know this! Because sometimes there's a line of a few folks. But the staff is always very helpful, very efficient, and it even seems THEY CARE! Bring your business here! On occasion I've brought items for return which need to be boxed up and they help and fix whatever packaging needed right away.

Went there for a notary, and left. Will never use this business again. The notary, Jose Garcia Velasco is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I had six signatures. Jose told me he only does 4 and he will do 6 this time but next time go find someone else. I told Jose that information should be displayed on their website. He said "that's not my problem, that's your problem and you need to figure that out". Then Jose messed up the date in his notary book and had to cross it out and start over. So be it, mistakes happen. Then he messed up my name and my ID #. When I pointed it out, he said "don't worry about it, no one looks at this book except me". Then he messed up the date on one of my forms. In a belligerent tone, he told me I could email him a new one. I was done at this point. I asked Jose for the name & phone # of his manager. Jose went to the back and wrote the name "Casey" on a piece of paper. Then he threatened to call the police. Jose is either borderline illiterate of suffers from dyslexia. He has NO business working as a notary. He is creating a false record because of his numerous errors. Jose also has NO business working with the public because he is extremely rude & belligerent.

Still no refund for a package they say was delivered to a front door when in fact, it was delivered to a busy street building front door. It’s been almost a year later and still no resolution. Was treated horribly.

I attempted to come here this morning for an Amazon return. I had 3 and hadn't yet pulled up the emails. I came in and told the raspy cigarette voiced hillbilly woman at the counter that I just needed to pull up the emails before I could figure out which one was which. She got very irritated immediately when I told her I had Amazon returns. Rolling her eyes and scoffing. I have never done a return before so I needed some help. I showed her the scan code and she shook her head and with a nasty tone very rudely started her sentence with "first of all, and let me finish"". I wasn't even talking yet I was looking through my email! She said I can't even scan that and I'm not going to be able to figure which one is which either. I was so put off by this woman's attitude I just left and said don't worry I'll just somewhere else do you seem interested in helping me anyway.This woman shouldn't be working in customer service. Won't be going back there if this is how customers are treated.

Came to this location to see if they could help me with a package that couldn't be delivered that I shipped out. They told me I was flat out of luck and that there wasn't anything they could do. These guys seem lazy and unwilling to do what they were simply hired to do. Poor customer service.

It's a hit and miss with this place. Some employees are mostly friendly and love their job. Others, seem angry to be there and feel powerful with the scanning gun when doing Amazon returns, giving them the annoyed attitude of being inconvenienced when doing their job.

Went to overnight a laptop computer and was advised by Jose that he was too busy to deal with my overnight package and would not send till the following day. When I agreed to that, but asked for it to be packaged in front of me, Jose advised me he would not do that and if I wanted that level of customer service that I should go somewhere else. After asking for Jose to not be so rude, he then told me to F**k off and then proceeded to call me a f' ng C*nt. Based on the yelp reviews, this seems to be an ongoing trend of abusive customer service. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and suggest if you have also experienced this you do the same. If I could rate this location a negative star, I would. Casey (Franchisee) should fire his employee, Jose, who hung up on me several times and when I went to the store to complete paperwork for case on my lost package, he called the police (why?). This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced because of their zero empathy for a long time customer who sent a package that was never received. I finally called UPS Store Corporate to complete my package/contents reimbursement. I would highly recommend not using this store or the Orchard Village location as Jose (the guy with the long hair) works. He is rude, impatient, gets irritated if challenged and has zero empathy.
