“I shop here all the time for used movies & shows. They have a great selection when they get stuff donated to them. I only come by once or twice a week. I also donate to them when I can. I hope the clothes, shoes, movies, kitchen items & other stuff will be helpful to others. The staff is super friendly. They see me, they greet & smile, and sometimes we'll have a chat. I've never had problems with them. The people who work there, will ask if you need anything, help you if you need it, do their work or remain quiet behind the counter. As far as pricing is concerned, they're fair. They don't have a large selection like other thrift shops, but they sell what they can. Occasionally they sell new, but the majority is used. The previous two postings gave the place a one star. Saying the staff wasn't friendly, or the prices were unfair to them. First, the person who said the staff mocked them, who were they? Do you have a name or description of the people who made those bad comments towards you? And to the second person who said the price of those lights which normally go for $59 & you saw it at Alpine for $50. Different people price the items. However, I think the price is fair. Based on the size of the box & what you're getting. The staff does look inside & makes sure the items is in working condition before selling it. Grant you, the items are used, there could be scratches & markings, but this is a small business. They try to give the buyer like me a reasonable price. I would ask the person who gave the store a one star to bump it up to at least three stars or delete your comment. To give the place a one star because you felt the price of the lights were unfair, is unfair to them. If you can find it cheaper somewhere else, why immediately rip this store with a one star? Just shop at the place you can find it cheaper. Anyway, I wished I had known about this place years ago. I would've gotten more stuff from them. I hope they'll be around for a long time. I really appreciate the staff & will continue to shop at this place.”

“The people were nice. it was pretty low-key. everything is kind of sectioned by brand - they have a lot of free people, a little bit of Levi's and nothing high-end but mid-level. and the prices are great for that. $20 Zara dress type.”

Let me start off by saying the aesthetic presence is always on point...super Clean The clothing racks are always full, and coordinated by color as best as humanly possible! Shopping here is like going on a treasure hunt with no map; you'll never know what you'll find! Such a pleasurable and exciting experience! The team of employees today were fantastic as usual! My experience when needing any assistance is always wonderful! I saw Brenda she is in Management; I just adore her! She-is extremely delightful and hard working; always happy-and my goodness talk about exceptional customer service- top notch! It doesn't get any better! There were management team members gathered about the store and each and everyone of them worked famously amongst themselves! The way they communicated and responded to one another was so joyous to see as they began transforming and turning the Goodwill into a place where your shopping experience can be as easy as possible! I met another employee who happened to be upper management...Efram! Oh my goodness what a pleasure to have met him! this fella was very professional and his smile was extremely welcoming! He spoke with such loyalty for all the Goodwill stores! The way he spoke to all team members quickly I could tell he has a rapport with them that they appreciate! He truly enjoys giving exceptional quality customer service to all ... including the customer base. It was great to see the dynamic between all the employees, the joy and laughter all whilst working together was magnificent! Such a great shopping experience and I highly highly recommend taking a trip into this Goodwill location if you haven't already. You will see the employees here are amazing very dedicated and determined to help with your shopping questions or needs. A huge thank you to all of the hardworking employees! “I found 2 items for my 12 month old. First was an opened box but new high chair. Retail for 120 and got it for 60 then a water table for 12dollars - had some missing toy pieces but my son did care. He loved splashing. It beats paying 50 for something he's eventually going to outgrow. This place is a diamond in the rough”

“I went to this location plenty of times. I’ve spoken with one of the managers her name is jerkia before in donations small Interaction they were closing the donations and I end up coming late and she let me bring a few items to the store and I felt welcomed. Out of all the people there she was the best and she made sure to give me the coupon. Another good incident I had with jerkia was this jacket I was buying had no buttons and it had a stain and the people In the back priced it for so much even with the stains and everything but jerkia lowered it for me she’s such a kind sweet soul. We need more people like her in the world .”

“Tried the location on Bouquet Canyon. They stop accepting donations shortly after they open at 9am. Good luck donating there. So I rang this location.
