This is our go-to paint store since moving into the neighborhood. They always have super knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. Today, we had a million questions about our kid's playhouse that we were planning on painting. Ryan was super patient with us and made sure we understood which types of paint would work best. He even applied some discounts to our final order they we didn't know existed! He and Kathleen made our experience quick, easy and enjoyable!

The staff were very helpful and I was in and out quickly and efficiently. They have alot of knowledge and can help guide you through what you need. They have a gallery of colours to pick from. They will take not of what rooms you are getting paint for that way it is easier in future to get the right paint for the right room.

I've been coming to the store for several years. John the manager is simply fantastic. Very knowledgeable always upbeat and if he doesn't have what I need in the store he gets it from another store within a day. I highly recommend this store for all your painting needs

I would not recommend it. Poor management and policy for their paints! Much more expensive than Berr at Home Depot with excellent policy for return if you don't like the color. I spent ~$100 on samples but the managers of this store felt that this is inexpensive and tried hard to convince me that the color matched! I regret using Sherwin-Williams!!

I needed some paint and I'm pregnant and have two small kids so I definitely cannot go into a store right now during this pandemic. I called and they got my paint ready, I called when I got to the parking lot and they took my payment over the phone and ran it out to my car super fast. Fast and friendly and convenient!

Great hours, location & product availability. Excellent customer service & competitive pricing. The staff here are friendly, hospitable & helpful. I filled out a pre-auth form & set up an account so that I can seamlessly order 5 gallon variety sheens for my contractor to pick up. They always handle all my requests & same-day orders professionally & prep the product prior to pick up. Well I went to the Sherwin Williams store in Stevenson Ranch and John Mayer helped me. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and had everything I needed. Mixed my color of paint, in and out, love it!!! If you shop at Sherwin Williams do yourself a favor and shop Stevenson Ranch instead of the Canyon Country store.

Went to get paint didn't have it in stock. Your a store that just specialises in paint! How can you be out of stock and it's white. Come on. Also only one person working there and had to wait just to tell us they are out. Pshhh

Wow! What a nice new location! The store is clean and has basically everything..and if they don't ...they can order it! Clayton and John are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful studs who run this store. There customer service itself beats any other paint store by far...go check em out!
