“I cannot say enough great things about the Walmart Pharmacy and their exceptional team, led by Pharmacist Manager Mohamed. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude, which instantly makes the experience pleasant and welcoming.
Mohamed and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is taken care of. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. Their patience and willingness to explain things in a clear and friendly manner make a world of difference.

“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I support local business when ever I get a chance.First, the people there are so nice and very helpful. Discrete when you need to ask those embarrassing questions sometimes.I love that they carry my holistic products and if not on the shelf they will order it. So far at most 3 days to arrive. They are very knowledgeable and helpful if you choose to go holistic in your care. I myself prefer holistic and go holistic when I can but I also have to use western medicine. They carry quality vitamins and regular stuff you find in small pharmacies and are much cheaper than greed run pharmacies.Yes, some prescriptions they can't verify on the phone but these for me were pain meds I had needed when I first started there. I sincerely feel this is for your protection as much as theirs. They truly are there to help you always I have found.I really like that they offer delivery at a very fair rate even when I add tip on my card for delivery. I pay $6. Tip not necessary but I give a $3 to $5 dollar tip. The delivery guy is super nice! As a woman, I can say you will feel very comfortable with him delivering your order.”
“I have been to different pharmacies, but this Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy is so unique with the way they serve their customers. They greet you by your name with a sweet smile. They make you feel comfortable. I could feel their sincerity, they are always ready to help, they treat you just like you are their family. Harvie Simon is an excellent manager and an inspiration to his staff. Cameroun is super sweet, nice, fast, knowledgeable and very helpful as well as Adrian and Melody. Another intelligent and able pharmacist who is always ready to help every single customer is Carlos. Words are not enough to describe the super quality of service they extend to me and to the other customers.”
“You wouldn’t think finding someone to gift wrap a present—something so simple—would be such a challenge these days. I wasn’t looking to have something wrapped at the store I bought it from; I just needed a place that still offered gift wrapping as a service. Turns out, that’s becoming a dying industry.
Enter Saugus Drugs & Hallmark.
I called right when they opened at 9am to ask if they could help. Drove over by 10am, and thankfully it was quiet. They not only wrapped my wife’s birthday gift, but also found the right box for it. I think I paid maybe $5 or $6, and honestly, it felt like a steal for the care they put in.
The woman who helped me was incredibly attentive. She asked me multiple times if I liked how it looked, made small adjustments, and genuinely seemed to care that it came out just right.
It’s been a few weeks since, and I still find myself thinking about how much that simple act meant. Thoughtful service like that is rare these days—and worth writing about.”
“My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.”
