“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. “People talk about this store in a negative way at times, mostly long wait or the service is not 'appropriate'.I was in there today and, sure, I had 4 or 5 people in front of me. I was not surprised, nor was I surprised by the length of time that it took to get to the counter (about 15 minutes). No apologies needed there, that's just the way of things. It was Gabby who waited on me and that guy is so awesome. I needed color copies of some artwork run and he got it all done quickly and really cut me a deal on my copies. Very nice guy, very good experience.”

This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today.
