“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. “It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”

“I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.”

“Have a post box here and it's fabulous and always a bright spot in my day when I come to retrieve my mail. This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. Come in and check it out for yourself. Highly recommended.”
“Gabe is an absolute gem! I ship via UPS fairly frequently for my small business and this location hits different thanks to Gabe. I have seen so many of his interactions with other customers and he is always an absolute delight.Interestingly enough, he was one of the first people that I told when I found out I had cancer and now every time he sees me and asks how I'm doing I can tell he actually cares. He brightens my day every time and probably deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service.*definitely deserves a raise”
“People talk about this store in a negative way at times, mostly long wait or the service is not 'appropriate'.I was in there today and, sure, I had 4 or 5 people in front of me. I was not surprised, nor was I surprised by the length of time that it took to get to the counter (about 15 minutes). No apologies needed there, that's just the way of things. It was Gabby who waited on me and that guy is so awesome. I needed color copies of some artwork run and he got it all done quickly and really cut me a deal on my copies. Very nice guy, very good experience.”
“The friendliest UPS store around! Went in for passport photos and they were having some issues with their PC so I had to wait a while. But they offered me the photos free of charge because of the wait. Have had a pleasant experience on my previous visits too, they're always professional and helpful. Keep up the great work!”
“For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…”
“Came in to drop off my FedEx packages and found out this man has everything I need in here since I am in the medical field. I bought some in 95 masks, regular mass and medical gloves which are hard to fine. He was friendly and gave me a discount. I'll be back.”
