Stayed at this hotel many times. Hotel is becoming dated, and needs some updates soon. Some of the doors and locks don't work. Girls at the front desk were great. Downside- they must be low on staff. The grounds were unkempt, trash all over outside. Rooms were not very clean, but Good location for access to food and shopping.

Cassandra at the front desk was very courteous, professional and has a warm and welcoming smile. She was very accomodating to us and our disabled dog. I really enjoyed chatting with her about the beautiful Christmas decorations (I vote for the BIG Bear?) She is very knowledgeable about hotel policy and amenities. 10/10.Edit* Jonatham, Daniel and Andrew found our wallet we left in room and made sure we received ot back. Top notch customer service.Nearby activities: Magic mountain.Walkability: Food near by .

My recent stay here was a nice surprise. My room was clean and conveniently located so that I could unload and load up my car without a lot of hassle which for traveling alone is a big bonus.The bed was comfortable and it was just nice to be able to have a kitchen to bring food in and do light cooking. Very quiet as well. The staff was very helpful when I needed an extra blanket and a few things for the kitchen. Very easy and relaxed atmosphere and will be a return guest in the future. I have stayed at the other over priced neighboring hotels but can't deal with the attitude, laziness and inefficient service. Happy to give my business here where they deserve it.

On our first night, my wife and I lost our cat somewhere in the hotel. After speaking with the young lady in the front, she immediately offered advice on possible "hiding spots" within the hotel room and stated reassured us that she will keep an eye out for our furbaby and offered to help look for him (Luckily, he was hiding in the room). Talk customer service going above and beyond!The location is a bit run down, but it's also realistically expected for a 2 star hotel. So far, customer service has been outstanding ❤️

Great location buuuut...If you present your facility that's dirty, nasty, not that clean to start with, and funky smells. Then your room prices should match. $127 a night, how about $50 a night in the condition of the room. Hair on the bed spots all over the sheets eewww, I'm not laying on that. Tub not clean,Hair follicles everywhere. Paint peeling off the wall.I got pictures.Luckily I was driving my rv needed a place to park and sleep.Didn't sleep in your nasty room, but the comfort of my own rv.Consider that $127 was a donation to renovate and hire new employees that want to do the job correctly.So sorry not sorry extended,I will not stay at another one again.Gave myself 4.5 stars.Walkability: To shops and other placesFood & drinks: Not far to restaurants or stores

The room smelled terrible upon entry and would not go away even after opening the windows. The bed although not the worst, had hair in the sheets and a few stains. The pillows were also extremely thin and you only got three so it looked very weird when you got there.

Liz at the front desk is an absolute delight! Very professional and you can tell she cares about her guests! We will definitely be staying at Extended Stay again!

I see a lot of mixed reviews here, however my stay was ok. Room was clean. Ladies at reception were exceptional. Two negatives - I had to ask for toilet paper - none in my room, and the tv didn’t work right - a problem with the remote, I think. I would stay here again.

Okay, my family titles this the extended stinky! It was bad. I can't describe the way the hotel smelled. It was so gross. No water pressure, the floors were filthy. We kept our shoes on. The towels turned brown and dirty once they hit the floor. We were thankful for the rest but not the odors.

Came into town at 6am after a long road trip. Weird hour to have to find a hotel to check into. Liz at the front desk was about the nicest, most genuinely friendly person imaginable and got us taken care of so we could get some much needed sleep. Thanks a bunch Liz! 10 stars for service if it were an option.

We came on vacation booked our room everything is was good with check in then the problem started the halls smelt like weed seems more of a apt then a hotel then the people staying here drunk by 8am harrising hotel guest almost got hit by a women complete intoxicated she lives her mgr knew exactly who I was talking about when I went to the front desk the staff was great the room was ok the people staying there not so good will never stay at a extended stay again definitely not worth the 400 for two nights the area is beautiful this hotel is not for family’s

Thought I found an amazing deal at only a little over 90 bucks considering it was New Year’s weekend…. good neighborhood nice looking place… But then I tried to fall asleep. Walls are paper thin here. You hear everything from all directions. Every footstep, every door slam, every shower and toilet flush, every baby screaming. I could even hear people clearing their throat through the wall. What a dump! First time at extended stay and the last. All because Corporate just wanted to save a few bucks upfront on soundproofing materials. …… although I will say the front desk people were extremely professional and helpful too bad they have to work for such a bad company.

Can get noisy if you are near the electrical room, same if you leave the windows open. Rooms not very clean, but are spacious and have a kitchenette. Location is great, nearby lots of shopping and food.

The absolute worst customer relations service I have received in my lifetime. Ever. Trash overflowing, cockroach ran over my foot, tv did not work, sink was clogged, hair in the bathtub... When I I expressed my concern to the desk, (Daniel) I was told if I have a problem then I can leave. It was 9:30 when I arrived on a day of travel for business. General Manager never called me back after leaving 3 messages for the concern. Terrible customer service and definitely a health concern. Calling Dept of Health for the Sanitary health issues!

This is one of the best hotels to stay. Rooms are super clean. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very accommodating to your needs and very pleasant to deal with even when unforeseen circumstances arise. I would highly recommend this hotel to every one.
