I love this store, Johnny helped me and my dad with getting him a new phone. Wonderful and quick customer service. He was able to explain everything thoroughly and left us feeling happy about our new upgrade. He also made sure to mention all of their new discounts and offers, I really considered changing my Apple Watch but will come back when I decide because they offer discounts for first responders, business owners, Drs and nurses, military, and teachers. Thanks AT&T and Johnny for a wonderful experience !

Honestly, worst experience I have ever had. The employee that signed us up for internet and DIRECTV gave us false information about rates which has resulted in a lot of my time being wasted and paying more money than I was told. I asked specific questions multiple times and she gave me false information. She also never told us the internet usage has a cap on it which I’m just finding out now since we went over. They are not up front or transparent about anything, and that’s all I wanted was transparency.The manager is trying his best to make it right, but he’s limited on what he can do. I also have to go out of my way to remind them about credits they told me we would get since we were told one thing, and it was completely different.It’s been issue after issue and not being told about the usage cap on the internet is the icing on the cake. Yes, I probably should have known there was a cap, but the fact they kept that information from us is deceiving. I don’t like writing reviews, but this whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m very discouraged.

I had great experience with triple A. The service person arrived 10 minutes earlier than predicted. In 5 minutes or less, he resolved the problem.

Worst service I have ever received. Currently writing this review while sitting/waiting for 2 hours in the Stevenson ranch AT&T store waiting for the GM to come out from the back to speak with me. Please do not use this At&T store. I was passed along and basically robbed from June until august paying more than double my bill amounts each month after coming in trying to lower my bill mid may. That day the district manager was in the store and helping me so I thought I was in good hands. Then Sid, an employee, took over when my bank account started getting charged AND my monthly bill sky rocketed. Since the district manager is usually not here, Sid took over and did nothing but prolong the issue. After 2 months I then ask to speak to the GM, Brandon, and he said he would help me over a month ago and every time there is an excuse as to why my bill is the same incorrect amount or he is not here or available to talk too. Brandon gave me his number to contact him when needed and just stopped responding one day. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I also tried calling At&t’s 611 number, no luck. I just want to pay the correct amount that I was promised and get on with life! I have probably spent a total of at least 12 hours inside this store starting in June. Brandon and Sid either cannot, will not or do not know how to do their job. I have worked in customer service my whole life so I understand there is sometimes issues but this has been a truly horrible experience.Wrote this august of 2022. Never posted this review but now, end of March 2023 I have now been sent a bill from a debt collector. Issue was never resolved. Sid, Brandon & at&t should pay this debt because they have done nothing but pass me along and not fix a single thing. Please don’t use AT&T or this store. I honestly believe they try to not help you so you have to spend more money. This should be a zero , not one, star review.

I hadn't planned to go to the AT&T Store but it was right next door to my Credit Union so We walked in. Immediately we were greeted by Edwardo, great personality!! Luckily we were helped when we walked in I was concerned because I was being attacked by hackers thru my iPhone Edwardo put another level of AT&T security on my iPhone. Problem resolved and he was happy to help us. Also my husband found his cover for his Samsung phone he'd being looking for It was a win win for us !! We left very satisfied and happy Thank you !!!

The manager, Eddy, has always made my experience at this store an amazing experience. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He and his staff play a large part as to why I visit that store against all others. I'm always treated well. Always greeted by staff. I see they treat everyone with courtesy and respect. It makes it really comfortable to seek assistance from this store. The store is always well maintained and almost always has inventory available for the newest products. It's nice to leave an AT&T store in a great mood. Thanks Eddy, and the others. They help keep customers loyal by the customer experience they consistently provide.

Lets just start off by saying If I could give 0 stars i would!!Back in the summer my husband & I traded in our iphones for new phones. Well mine got returned no problem, but my husbands phone he traded in was never returned to AT&T why you may ask? Because a crook employee (they have since fired for doing things like this) stole it. I had to pay out of my pocket for the remaining balance of a phone that I returned to them. I have since called many many times and my husband has even gone in and we still have not even been given the time of day to be heard out. The last time I contacted was weeks ago & I spoke to Johnny Lopez he said he was going to talk to his district manager and would get back to me. He/they never did. Safe to say I will never be purchasing anything from this location and I advise you not to as well.

A very, very helpful and pleasant representative spent a couple of hours over 2 days helping me straighten out problems and set up my service correctly. Great customer service and integrity in his work. Thank you, John!( there is a huge difference in the quality of customer service between branches. My suggestion is to go straight to the Stevenson Ranch branch)

Came in today Sunday 10/16/2022 at 5:13pm store closes at 6pm was turned away. The lady associate told me that she has to leave at 5:30pm and even told me that 5:30pm is their cut off time to take last customer and I was there at 513pm.

Eddie and Johnny we able to solve a problem with my 10th gen iPad Pro! Apple told me one thing (not true), another AT&T store told me one thing (not true). These two guys worked together to make THIS customer EXTREMELY happy!

We showed up at 6:45 thinking it was enough time because the internet says this location is open until 8 p.m. We had called previously to see if they had the phone I wanted and made the drive. Luckily Johnny was there to help, he explained that normally they stop seeing customers at that time but he was kind enough to make the exception when we told him how far we drove. He was knowledgeable and professional and got us in and out quickly! This place has great customer service, would definitely recommend coming to this store if you have the option.
