I don't really shop at Walmart. I decided to stop by as they sell a cake I've always wanted to try. Inside the store was very clean and organized. The parking lot and surrounding areas were full of homeless people.

if you have ever had to deal with a drive up & go manager by the name of Araceli...she is the rudest most unprofessional person and should not be working with the public. I will now drive all the way to the Talbert location. no one deserves to shop here and put up with her. wow.

Back when this store opened I was so happy! Nice to be able to run in and run out. Over the years it has deteriorated in more ways than one... and BAD! Homeless / Drug addict central! Never feel safe here anymore. Store is good about kicking them out of the store but do a terrible job of regulating outside of the store. NEVER have an actual checker working. It is all self check out. At the end it asked how you want your receipt "emailed, text or printed" Which shouldn't be an option when they ask to see a receipt at the door. If by a miracle there is a checker open - They never bag your stuff. Makeup, razors, deodorant and few other items are locked. Good luck getting the OVER-staffed and non-helpful employees to come and open it for you. I usually have to go wander and find someone to call for someone else to come and open it. Even that never works on the first try. Just today (1/11/24) I asked an employee for assistant and he said "no habla english" He was clearly in a Walmart vest. Either he was lazy and didn't want to help or they actually hire people who cannot even speak English. Earlier this week I scheduled a pickup order. Get there and was told "they cant find half of my order" The employee didn't bother to elaborate, just waited for me to ask "uh well, what do I do now?" He was clueless and had to go ask someone else what to do. I ended up having to wait for over 35 minutes while I watched a bum take a dump in the grass. Get home and 12 items were still missing from my order. Last week I placed an order for delivery between 6-7pm at my home. at 6pm I got a notice stating that my order was delayed and will be there within 2 hours. That time came and went and they finally called me and said the delivery was attempted but could not be completed and they brought everything back to the store and would they be able to re-deliver it. Nobody ever called to "attempt" to deliver anything. I asked for a full refund, At this point I'm already in bed, food probably spoiled, no thanks. This store needs to shut down until they have properly trained staff and some real security. That whole area needs to be demolished and cleaned up.

I went to the Walmart that my mom and I normally go to weekly, and normally we have no problems. It is a nice place to go and shop. This morning, however, as my mom, who is 70 years old, and myself walked up to the registers with a cart, overflowing with groceries, and there was only self check out available. We asked the employee, "hey we have a lot of stuff.... Could we wait for a regular register to open to get some help?" She flat out told us no, and that self check out was the only option available. And less than 3 minutes into trying to do this all our own she magically had a change of heart and suddenly opens up a regular register to help people! And they had the audacity to demand our receipt after. Absolutely ridiculous. There should ALWAYS be a regular register available. And you tell us to check ourselves out and then demand to see the receipt after? You either trust us or you do it yourself.

Typical Wal-mart market. You can find what you need and sometimes, the same items at higher end stores but for a better price. The store itself is fine. Those in the front at the cash registers are usually friendly. The early morning stockers are more focused on doing just that; stocking the shelves before the busy hours. Usually clean in the early hours. The parking lot is another story. The ever increasing number of homeless is very apparent. I know Wal Mart is doing their best, but I think extra security would definitely be appreciated. All in all, very convenient.

I went to Wal mart and had a very bad experience when I ran into Cat . She was so disrespectful to me to make me full life a dog the way she treated me. She bad mouth me and was so rude the Cat made me full like I was a animal that made me feel like not ever shopping at Walmart. You need to fire her but Robert step in and was so good to me were the manager in charge had to tell her to leave so Cat would leave me alone. Cat was so disrespectful and was talking about me that what I didn't like of her. So fuck Walmart as long as you have Cat working their in will not step foot at Walmart. Thank you .

I used to like this store. For the most part it had everything I need without the huge lines and parking lot of the other Walmarts.Today, I stopped in to buy some make-up. It was about 10:00 am and there weren't very many people in the store. The make-up I wanted was locked up. I rang the bell for help. I waited a few minutes and rang the bell again. No one.....So I left. Bad customer service.

First of all, my ethnicity is a mixed bag of goodies. My mother was from Mexican descent and my father Dutch/French. I definitely favor food from the Mexican spectrum of things. I don't live exactly close to this location but for me personally it's worth the drive. I find 90% of what I don't find in my basically white catering local Ralph's or Vons.....both of which I hate and their markup is tremendous. I don't go there expecting to be catered to. I normally use self checkout because it's faster and more efficient as they never have more that one or two registers open. Food items are normally very fresh and prices are more reasonable than anywhere else.

Accosted by all four of the homeless people sitting outside the doors. Scared me to death because they come up unnoticed and knock on your door for money. Very sad.

Angel was so helpful! Even though he was really busy filling orders, he stopped to find some items for me from the back. This saved me so much time and an extra trip, since I had driven out of the way for these items (this was one of the few locations that showed the items in stock). He went above and beyond.

This Walmart is very nice. Parking is easy in the very large lot. The place is kept very clean. They have a huge selection from food to clothes. It is well organized and it is not hard to find what you are looking for. There is help on the floor if you need it.Carts are always available so you don't have to search around for one.I knew what I wanted and found it straight away and went to check out. They have one human at check out, the rest are self check out. I hate self check out. It takes jobs and those machines are not always up to date with prices. I want a person to help me. You know, someone that smiles. I got one, but they need more check out staff.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market recently underwent a facelift to the "Walmart blue" we all know so well (and love? to hate?) LOLFrom the $5 flower bunches to the $1 Shaka Tea and $2 Pineapples, Walmart NM has everything you need. Sometimes, they've even got special edition and exclusive candies and chocolates.Perhaps they don't have the front door greeter we all miss, but the contents of the store are always fully stocked when you need them. Especially toys! The Walmart exclusives are eye-opening.Please take care in this parking lot as it can tend to become a bit chaotic at times; otherwise, a solid store in a prime location in Orange County!

I come to this Walmart once in a while just because it's the closest one I can find. Went in to this Walmart for a couple of things and the floor was so so slippery. Every time I took a step, my foot would slip a few inches forward. Whenever I come there's never any carts, oh and the employees aren't nice at all let alone say anything to you, even the employee that stands on the inside by door doesnt greet or look at you. They do like to talk to other employees but couldn't be bothered to talk to customer. So sad! Without customers they wouldn't have a job. When I got into self check out area I had to look around for available register because the blonde woman who was suppose to be in charge of that area could couldn't be bothered to even point out a register or usher you in because she's too busy unwrapping a box or something in front of her and looking at the asia female employee that was standing by the entrance, probably trying to figure out why she was staring towards the produce section daydreaming or whether she was checking out a guy who might might happen to be in produce area. If she dint want eye contact with customers or doesn't want to be looked at all she had to was look straight and pretend that customers aren't there. Geez, isn't that what they do already. At least the one on katella before they closed had carts. Doesn't say much about Walmart stores. I definitely wouldn't be recommending people to shop here.

They don't respect the customers, rude, just one cashier for a whole market at 22:22 pm. Shame.
