So I bought a bottle of juice from this place yesterday 2/19/24. I didn't open it until later that night and when I open juice I always smell it. When I smelled it later that night it smelled what can only be described as rancid, it almost smelled like alcohol.It was after this that I checked on the bottle and saw that it was dated 3/7/23 which I assumed was the expiration date (I have since learned this isn't necessarily the case).Either way I took it back today 2/20 and explained to the guy working that it was bad juice and that it had expired. He replied by telling me it wasn't an expiration date but was instead a "born on" date which is factually correct.But even after his statement about the "born on" date, I still explained to him that you could just take one whiff of it and tell that it was bad juice. He proceeded to smell it and with a straight face said that it just "smelled like butterscotch" to him which is ultimately why I decided to leave this review.I understand the dating thing on juices for vaping isn't as simple as an expiration date but regardless of the juice being close to a year old, the smell in and of itself is all anyone would need to tell it had gone bad. It's my opinion that the person working lied so that they wouldn't have to refund or do anything about the bad juice that I bought the day before and it really left me with a bad taste in my mouth just like the juice would if I hadn't check the smell before putting it into my vape.I get times are hard in the vape industry and I don't even agree with the laws that passed here in California but ultimately if you sell something rotten you should be willing to make it right instead of just blatantly lying.I've also attached a picture below to show the juice I bought with the date on it for reference.

Guys are cool but holy shit this place is over priced, same disposable at a different reputable shop is 18.99 and here I paid 30. I guess it's the price of addiction lol

Sold me a bad vape and blamed me this place sucks!! I should just stick to my usual Vape Shop. Anyway Worst place ever don't go here. I also didn't forget to tell him to go to hell ?

I've been going to vape envy for approximately six months after quitting smoking cigarettes. I have religiously spent $50 a week or every 10 days there for the past six months on disposable vapes. Never had a problem with their product up until about two days ago. One of the vapes that I had just purchased two days earlier ran out of juice and I could hear the coil continuing to burn after I was finished. I stopped on my way home from work to explain the situation and was told there was nothing that could be done for me except a discount on a new vape. I explain that I've been coming there for six month straight never complained about price and just wanted to exchange it for a new one, well that wasn't going to happen and I ended up walking out knowing that I would never ever go there again. I am in a customer service business. I would never lose a customer over 20.00 dollars, especially a customer I recognize by there face.
