I'm Really disappointed I purchased a new fridge for my mother ( It was a surprise ). It was expected to arrive on 10/7 and I get a call from the delivery guy to let me know that they're here outside and just to find out they were at the wrong address. I'm located in Garden Grove and they were dropping it off in Fountain Valley. I specifically put my address to get it delivered and I payed extra to get it installed. Now the only option I have it to show up to fountain valley cancel my order and wait to get a call back to get it rescheduled. I had removed my fridge, took out all my groceries and now I have to put everything back in place and put my groceries away. This was my first time buying something in Home-Depot and it was the worst experience already. Im really disappointed like I said it was a surprise gift for my mother and now it's all ruined. It was a birthday gift !!!

Truong Pham was amazing! 10/10!!!! He was honest, friendly, efficient, and had INTEGRITY. My mom and I stopped by today during the Labor Day event looking to replace our broken refrigerator and washer. We found well-rated appliances at a great deal. Truong helped me sign up for a credit card to take advantage of the extra $100 off promotion. The process was fast and easy. Additionally (to take it a step further) he gave us pointers on what to look out for post-install including the fridge top being leveled. Overall, we felt taken care of. Thank you so much, Truong! :-)

The pool was sick looking. RN that I am, my mind equates it to a nasty UTI. My friend Anna is perpetually handy and knew what to do. We had to bleach the walls.I called one rental service before calling Home Depot and was quoted $99/day to for the pump. Before calling this HD in Stanton, I called the closer HD multiple times and nobody answered. I received prompt assistance with one call at this location. It's Just under $62 to rent here. That was an easy choice. HD also Carries the bleach we needed. I bought 4 cases of the stuff. I wish I could tell you the brand. It came two jugs per case. The pump fits in the hole at the base of the pool. It was simple to drain in about 13 hours. Easy working with HD.

Craig was so wonderful great customer service Thank u for your customer service Angel C also help the only thing I will change is I really need to used the restroom and I had to wait for a while so they can open it I understand I understand they gotta protect their stuff but it not fair for paying customers

I measured and cut a chain to bring to the cashier but he would not check out for I did not have a piece of paper from an associate. He sent me back to the aisle, I had to ask 3 different associates and also heard announcements but nobody showed up for 20 min. I finally spoke to the 4th person to get that thing and checked out. Such a slow service...

I was heading to Home Depot to get some supplies to repair some fiberglass screens on a few of our windows. I did my research ahead of time on their website and knew what aisle to go to pick up the supplies. I bought a kit and a roll of fiberglass screen to supplement with replacing the other window screens. In addition, I saw a sale on Ortho Home Defense spray and grabbed a bottle. It was a quick and seamless 10-15 minute experience. Cashier greeted me and had a few bout of small talk before I head off back home to replace the fiberglass screens.

The worst Home Depot. Online said they had a hole saw kit for $21 - 3" - 5pcs available in store Stanton. We went and requested help they said no they don't have it anywhere not in the back. buy a different set instead for $42. I did. But when I got in the car I placed the order for pick up same day form that same store Stanton. They had it ready for pick up an hr later. Twice I placed an order for curbside pick up. First time 45 mins wait they only grabbed the stuff when I called. Second time I called after 15 mins arrival time and the same thing happened. They weren't even grabbing it until I called. Even then didn't see them for another 15 mins. Had to just go into the store. Please don't offer the service if you can't deliver because we just wasted a lot of time. If it is not an option- we can plan for picking up these items but coming in. The worst

Placed an order for a grill on May 25th, and I was emailed that it had arrived on the 2nd, as it was an in store pick up. I called to make sure it was built and found out it was not. They informed me it would be another week. I called the store today 6/10/22 to make sure it had been built and I was informed that it had not so I asked when it would be built. I was then informed that the builder only worked on Tuesday and Thursday. I was then told I would have to wait another week but he had no idea why it wasn't built. I'll let you all know if I ever get it. You would think if you paid for a grill that cost over $700 that they might want to take care of you as a customer but customer service has yet to happen in Stanton. I was contacted yesterday that my grill was built and ready to be picked up 06/13/22. That was great news a day ahead of when I was told it would be built. They even helped loading it into the trunk. Now for the bad news. I didn't see it until I arrived home, but it has a rather large scratch on the side of the hood. I sent an email to the store manager but for some reason it was rejected. This morning I pulled out the instructions and while I was checking them I found that I was missing one of the warming racks. Called them to see if they had it but they didn't see it around. I have to call tomorrow to see if the builder knows where it is. I don't have everything he yet but they have been trying to make everything right and I really appreciate all the effort.

If I could give a negative 5 I would , I made an online curbside order of 3 items yesterday around 4pm at this location. All three items were listed online as in stock. I scheduled curbside pickup of those items. From 4pm to 11pm I kept updating my order to see if my 3items were ready for pickup. You mean to tell me it takes 7 hours to get 3 items ready for pick up? Unacceptable. I ended up cancelling the order. Why have the curbside pickup if it's a literal joke???? I don't mind walking into the store and buying it but your store gave an option to have my order ready for pickup. I can belieVe it takes an entire work sHift to get it ready. Bad form on curbside, the worst experience I've ever had with any companies curbside delivery.

I usually don't say much about certain chain stores because they are just that an identical copy from one location to the next but this one is different; I've never been in a Home Depot that was this disorganized! The layout is different than others and it doesn't make sense. You will find things in place you wouldn't think to look or they just won't have it but the bad thing is you will never know. For people that use the store app this may not be a big deal I just don't like having to as someone.

Bad experience with Gonzo and Jon the assistant manager. Was told a items was not only on clearance but also 20% off that. When I came back to purchase the items I was then told oh the 20% don't apply. So I asked to speak to the manager and long story short he made me wait for a 20 minutes then would not hour what his employee stated. Tried to convince me he didn't say that then when I confronted Gonzo about what he has stated he claimed not to have made the statement. Also Gonzo tried to get loud and be aggressive towards me and the manager Jon allowed his action for a few minutes before telling me I was the aggressor. All in all horrible experience with these guys. They just seem to have a power trip. Don't believe the clearance events there scams Now I know why managers go to LOWES and TALK CRAP ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT OF HOME DEPOT. There not for customer at all.
