Brought my golden retriever Daisy for the first time and the ladies at the front desk Sylvia and Pam were very friendly and nice. Took in my dog to get a routine health check up. I met with Dr. Kavanough and she was very informative on the needs of my dog based off her current age, what I feed her and her physical activities. She got updated on her shots and they even gave me a can of dog food for older dogs to try out which my dog loved. I would recommend this place and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Awesome place. I made a switch from another clinic and am very happy that I did. Front desk workers are great and the doctor is awesome. You will be in good hands.

THEY called me to tell me they could not see me at the original appointment time(5:30) so I rushed to get there at 3:30 which I guess worked better for them. They took my cat back and didn't come to talk to me till 5. I was told she was back there doing an exam on him but I let her know before hand I've never met this doctor and wanted to be there for the exam . When the doctor finally came she was talking to me about his general health but I was there for a limited exam because his meow was gone. She then said he didn't meow so she didn't know and maybe the could for a X-ray or put him under to see. I would have liked to see what she was doing and the quality of the exam I also could have got my cat to meow so she could have heard. The doctor was friendly and very knowledgeable but they definitely need better communication and time management Bad first impression

I brought my Cat in for a spay on a Monday at 9am She was checked in within 10mins and 4pm I picked her up. The staff are very organized, informative and friendly. It's not a fancy building that some may prefer but the prices and professional care are far worth it.

Our pup molly-may walks in clinic like she owns it! You know it's a good place when the pup can't wait to see Everyone here, they treats and greet us with kindness, and happy faces. We have so many issues with her skin and allergies yet Dr Kavanaugh and staff always gets her (Molly's) medication right and on point, so she feels so much better. They're so thorough and ready to help you with anything your pup needs!

This hospital is amazing. I have been taking my Buddy there for over 5 years. Dr. Kavanagh has taken great care of him. I want to thank Dr. Kavanagh, Pam, Sylvia and all the staff for making us feel at home.

I wouldn't recommend this location. I took my dog in for a neuter and when we came in for checkups, they were very passive and blamed us for the complications when we limited his activity, gave him his medication, and followed instructions. When my dog continued to bleed, we would come in for our checkup appointments and have to wait 2 hours just for the doctor to prescribe medication. The neuter and medication costed us nearly $600 just for the neuter surgery to cause more harm than done. We were quoted for a $1000+ surgery when it was their fault for botching the procedure. A red flag should have been all of the 1 star reviews highlighting the complications with surgeries. We only went here because we knew a friend came here for their dog's neuter and we had the benefit of the doubt that this place would be the best option.

I brought my cats in for a check up and shots. They saw what carriers we had for our cats, and after having us wait for almost 2 hours and letting other people that came in after us in they tell me that they refused to see either one of my cats.

So frustrated with Stanton Pet Hospital! I wish I would have read the reviews so I would have known not to ever bring my cat here! I initially went here because my cat needed to be neutered. They quoted me one price and when I get there they start to tell me my cat will be needing all these additional services. Which was annoying and misleading to begin with but fine, I paid. (should have known) Well about a week or two later I start to notice my cat would have these episodes almost as if he could not breathe. He would make these wheezing noises. So I contact Stanton Pet Hospital and they tell me I need to come in for a check up. They again, quote me one price over the phone then when I get there they charge me a complete different price. At this point, I should have known this place was a scam! But NOPE, they advise me my cat needs to take medication due to him having bronchitis (more money, they're making) and also, he has an "enlarged heart" They wanted me to pay this insane amount of money THAT I OBVIOUSLY DO NOT HAVE and once they realize they couldn't make any money off of me they tell me well let's just take care of his bronchitis first, my cat has been on medication since February and he still gets his episodes so I finally decided to call today and tried to explain what was going on and asked if there was anything else or suggestion they can offer me and the lady I spoke with was so rude!! She did not bother to ask for my name or take any of my information. I asked her if it were easier I could provide her with my information so she can search my pet up. She flat out said not. This lady did not bother to check my pets chart. The unprofessionalism of the staff is ridiculous. She did not take my information down and then proceeded to click on me so I call her back, I told her she clicked on me so that's when she then suddenly decides to ask for my information and (RUDELY) tells me someone would give me a call. Does not apologize for disconnecting, does not give me any sort of explanation!! Oh and I forgot to mention, I've not once till this date, met the actual Vet! Just the staff who overall, ALL have left a terrible impression. They do not care about you nor your pets!

Never bringing my animals here again. I went to drop off my cat today for an anal gland expression and vaccines. After dropping off my cat at 2:30pm they never called me to come get him. I knew they closed at 6 and when I want to pick him up at 7:30 the staff were already leaving… hours later at home we noticed that he had blood coming from his hands and feet due to the staff cutting his nails horribly and to the bone. Never taking our animals back there ever again.

This place does not care about anything other than money. Had staff laughing in our faces after neglecting our cat leading to him passing away. AVOID THIS PLACE!
