This place is opened. It's unfortunate that Yelp lists this place as closed. If you want to be certain, call and confirm. Anyhow, they tested my car and certified electronically with the DMV. They also provided me a receipt and paper certificate stating my car passed the smog test.

This was the only place open on Memorial day that I could find nearby. Everything was straightforward and took maybe 20 minutes to get on my way.

They are open. The owner said if the store is open, Yelp keeps reaching out to use their services (probably ads) so he just leaves it as is. The service was quick and the owner was kind.
