They had a bunch of signs throughout the store advertising shoes for $39.99. My son grabbed a pair and they rang up for over $65. When we told the cashier that they were $39.99 and showed her the signage, she grabbed the manager. The manager said the signs (multiple signs and price tags showing $39.99) were wrong, and wouldn't honor the price. We walked out instead. They tried to do the whole bait & switch on us, but it didn't work. Super dishonest business practices.

This store tried to do a bait & switch on us. My son found all black Sketchers for men that were $39.99, with a sign and exterior price tags on some of the boxes. When the cashier rang us up, they tried to charge $65 and some change. I showed the cashier the signage and pricing, so she got the manager. The manager just said they were marked wrong, it was a mistake, and tried to charge us full price. I told her that we wanted the advertised price, but she refused. We left not buying anything.

We'd like to give our thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at Shoe City on Katella Avenue (in Stanton). The customer service Christina showed and professionalism throughout (they all did). The patience and professionalism was wonderful. The way they take care of the customers is great!!! We really appreciated the great customer service that Christina, Sendi and Miriam gave to us (and the other customers). Thank you Shoe City (Stanton).

There is a variety of products, a clean store but the managers are not friendly, except for a girl who is very pretty in every way.

I took my daughter to find a couple new pairs of shoes. The store has a huge section with tons of options. The lady working the floor was very helpful taking us around the shop to find whichever style my kid was looking for and making sure the sizes were right. When we went to pay they had a wheel you spin for every pair of shoes you buy for a chance to win a prize. Unfortunately we didn't win anything. Anyways, this is a. Good place to go shore shopping.

Bought yesterday vans logo upside down. Did research and it is better to order vans on line directly from vans. This store has not apologized for selling irregular / damaged or possibly fake vans. 80. 00 for these. Shameful.

Sold me these 80.00 vans defective/ irregular . Spoke to vans corporate, and they informed that they don't sell fake / irregular shoes to Shoe City. I wonder hope this doesn't happen to someone else.
