I have lived less than 2 miles from this post office for almost 5 years and the only unpleasant experiences with post offices I’ve had was when I was unable to go to this location.Midway City is the most convenient place to live. The post office is laid back and easy going, Midway City Sanitation easily accessible and handle things ins timely manner, the property taxes are lower than average and the Vietnamese community are wonderful. I am so grateful I found this gem.”

Donovan was the team member who carried out exceptional customer service with detailed mailing options and mail times. He knew I was very new to the mailing options so efficiently took care of my concerns. Donovan was thorough, friendly, had some jokes, and process the task smoothly. There was a line but he took care of the customers with a breeze.”

“The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location ?”

BUT Everyone at this post office is super kind and easy to work with. I drop off A LOT of packages and receive them there too. They are always very patient with me and take care of my orders. “I came here to get a new passport and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. They took me a little before my actual appointment time which helped me get out on time. Lloyd was the exceptional employee that helped me through the process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was so patient and kind. He let me retake my picture so I wasn't stuck with a horrible passport photo. He made sure everything was correct and walked me through the expedited process. His other colleagues were also very kind and helpful. “I want to say that the Placentia post office was more than awesome, they went above and beyond. Especially Justin. I had a package that was delivered past the deadline, so I wasn't going to be able to get it until the next day, and I was leaving early the next morning. I needed the package for my trip. I spoke to a couple of guys, one being Justin. He gave me his phone # and I gave him mine. I called him two hours after the PO closed.He answered and said they hadn't located it, and asked me to give him some time. Two hours later, he called E to let me know he had located my package, and I could go and get it. I was so impressed. Not a lot of people go above and beyond like that. Placentia post office on Kraemer saved the day. I am so appreciative. not a lot of people would go out of their way like that.”

“I would like to say that after being passed around by the company I ordered from to try and fix the address they misprinted I ended calling usps and Tony went and physically looked for my package saw that the business only put the numbers of my address and not the street(it was not my fault my confirmation email says I put my full address) he fixed it and had it sent out for the next day mail delivery. Let me tell you that is the kind of service that is stellar. He could’ve easily told me no but instead he went and fixed it even tho it wasn’t their fault that the address was wrong. “I ship things almost every other day and this is my favorite post office! The gentleman(s) that works here are very kind. Are never in a rush. Since it's a smaller post office my package tracks faster than the other places. Also, they never give me a hard time when I ask for a receipt. Some post office will not give you a receipt if you have already paid for shipping online. I need a receipt sometimes because the one time that I don't get it my package goes not track at all. So I love this one !”

I went to get my passport done with my boyfriend and we expected the staff to normally be unfriendly due to our past experiences with other post offices. However, the staff at this location were friendly. We also got to check out the cool stamp book which one of the staff members kindly showed us while we waited to complete our passport. They also completed our passport relatively quickly as well. Wish this was my local post office!”

“I have been coming here almost daily now for an year. I run a small business so I need to drop off packages a lot. Each worker I have interacted with has been so kind and willing to help! If you are only coming here once in a blue moon you may be coming frustrated but as someone who sees them frequently I know they provide excellent customer service. In addition, the rate of mistakes from USPS is .01 from my small business. All issues have been resolved. In regards to residential mail the supervisor has helped me twice (once for a misplaced package and once for a break in in the mailboxes). The supervisors are aware of many of the issues going on and they do follow up and get these things resolved. Thank you USPS in Stanton for the continued excellent customer service.”
