I had a great experience at Crash Champions, shout out to Carlos who is the most wonderful person to work with.
I was nervous coming here to repair my E46 M3, but the process was smooth from checking in to picking up my car. Carlos kept me in the loop the entire time. Unlike the previous body shops I went to, I felt comfortable the entire time.
I would definitely come back here again if I ever needed body work again.

Definitely not a place I’ll ever go back to. I had to go back at least 5x for the poor quality workmanship. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures of work done. Parts didn’t line up like they should have. They put in an aftermarket grille that didn’t even remotely line line like it should. I had them order an OEM grille to make look better and I won’t be surprised if other parts aren’t OEM which explains why things didn’t line up properly. They took over 2 months to replace the grill. I was told it was back ordered and they would call me when they got it. I called Toyota and it was in stock that day, so I knew I was getting lied to. My original quote was just over 2k, yet they charged my insurance company over 5k for changing parts they originally didn’t need to change. I’m glad it wasn’t out of my pocket. I have no idea why my insurance recommended them in the first place. I went back last week to finally finish their work and mentioned my radio wasn’t working. I was told the original job wouldn’t take more than 3 hours. I accepted the 3 hours but I didn’t get my truck back for over 7 hours and they radio still didn’t work. I was told that is why it took over 7 hours instead of 3 hours. They obviously didn’t want to get me a rental like they should have. I took my truck to Best Buy to look at the radio and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes because someone unplugged it at the shop which they shouldn’t have taken my dashboard apart anyway for the work they did. Either way I’m done ranting about they poor service and I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere! 1* was being generous and my only option.
