Fake reviews. These guys are scummy. Saying their cars are in good condition.Because cars look clean doesn't mean they have been maintained properly. If it's not one thing, it's another. TRASH.

Now that I finally found this page I hope this STEALERSHIP gets closed down. Pointless to have drove 6 hours from San Jose to them to pick up a car they posted up for $24k only to find out they upped the price to $27K on me upon arrival and quickly made me sign papers to indicate that was the set price. Javier their salesman promised me I was going to get everything taken care of, man was I incredibly stupid for believing him. I bought a Lexus ISF 2008 from their lot I'm driving home and all my speakers are blown except 2 and they knew that didn't want to do anything. My headlights went out a week later and luckily I work as a technician at Toyota so I legit had to take apart my bumper just to swap out the headlight because they had water in them and the ballast went out. Upon taking out my front bumper these morons went to a body shop and stuck a screw into the bumper and put some bon-do over it so it wouldn't sag. I had to find out all this the hard way. Last but not least the vehicle couldn't have passed a visual inspection smog as they have cut of the mufflers. But somehow it "passed".

Ya'all, for real tho, please don't even waste your time here. Let me start by saying we've purchased several cars from smaller, independently owned car lots and have never ended up with a lemon or otherwise been ripped off. No bias or judgment in this review. We love these smaller car lots because you really can find quality cars at a great price and usually deal with less bs and sales person jargon then the larger, well known dealers. Plus you don't spend 8 hrs stuck on the lot or in the waiting area to sign your damn paperwork. That all being said, we have never worked with a lot that had so little professionalism and integrity. Their salesperson bold face lied to us, specifically stated things were repaired that were not and apparently didn't think we'd notice? I have texts saying work was being done and arrived to pay for the car and the work wasn't done. When questioned we were given a bunch bs excuses and more lies. You guys, the car wasn't even washed. "Let's go sign everything and get you out of here!"....yeah, how about No. Needless to say, we did not end up buying a car here but invested 4 trips down to this lot and even left a deposit. Alot of people would feel like they couldn't walk away at that point but thank God we did. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My experience there was great Lucas was mt salesman and you helped me every step of the way! The whole process was quick and he made sure my car was in fantastic shape before I drove it home. If you want great customer service please ask for him. everyone was great there but Lucas was my guy!

So I was preparing to purchase a vehicle from here and noticed that the prices on a bunch of used cars on the lot (including the one I was securing) jumped up $1k from yesterday to today. Never seen the price of a used car go up in the middle of a deal.

Finn is amazing!!!! He drove to Fontana for me made sure I got the car I loved and handled all the paperwork and financing for me! I did t have to worry about and thing and he continues to check on things and the car. Impeccable customer service and such a people person. Would highly recommend!! Go see Finn!!

As soon as I asked for a quote, I was provided a phone number to call by Carla, the friendly customer service rep running their Yelp page. I called and got a guy on the phone who provided me with a fair quote for my old car. He didn't ask me for "vin and miles" like another car shop did when I sent the quote to them too. Very professional and much easier IMO to do a quote over the phone than via messaging. When I'm ready to sell, I know I can get a fair value here with people who make the time to do a proper phone call.

There the biggest scam out there stay away. Bought a suv with frame damage I was never informed. Also they will add 2000 of crap that you don't need to the final sell price.
