I was in need of a phone for my kid before school start and this place was excellent. I went to 2 other places prior to this one and I was non-existent to them. The owner and Rosario were down to earth and extremely helpful. Thank you so much and I will refer you to others.

This place was supposed/ to help with my phone all they did was change me money and kept me there for over a hour just to screw my phone up lost alot of things in my phone and they all where very rude

I came here yesterday my phone was stolen I was so frustrated but Robin helped me get back my old number because I couldn't get into my iCloud I was so thankful that he recovered everything. On top of that I had a meeting and helped me within minutes. Thank you Robin I hope you get a raise because you made a difference in my life.

Got a motorola g stylus. Would not connect to 5g ir 4g. It was either on 3g or no internet connection at all. They would not refund my money. I called customer support and still nothing. I asked to replace the phone and they would not do it. They said that i have to nuy if i go to a different brand. After 5 days i ended up trading the phone through att. Att connection was 12x faster. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR METRO PCS.

Well they finally lowered their standards on who they hire! Years ago I went to the corporate office in Santa Ana on Bristol. I swear you had to be a full on a****** to work there. So instead I went to one of the hole in the wall franchised shops, where the service was excellent. So when I found the corporate office on Beach And Katella in Stanton I was super stoked! And the people were friendly and they also gave excellent service. Then it happened, They hired the biggest j*** you could imagine. His name is Angel and the girl that stepped in was just as rude. Her name was aAshley. This guy rolled his eyes at me when I was explaining what we wanted. We were getting two new phones. He gave me wrong info and would not look up my bill for me. I was ready to switch to a new carrier. Lucky we went to the metro on Chapman and Gilbert where the service was excellent again. Stay away from the Corprate office on beach it sucks!!!

I just got done purchasing two phones and had the best experience shout out to Jackie for her patience & kindness plus her outstanding customer service. Before visiting the store we went to a different metro up the street. They were really rude there so we left. So happy we found this location. Thank you again.
