Told them what I was looking to do with my plan by adding a line.. they ended up giving me 2 extra lines and said they were setting me up with a certain plan in which they didn't do and now my bill is over $100

There are five people on Sunday working there was only two in front made us wait for 10 minutes until somebody actually came out and then when the so-called manager finally came out he never offered an upgrade was very cold and distant. If you have a MetroPCS go to a different shop

I'm beyond disappointed on this location. They are a bunch of thieves! I went to do an upgrade for my phone, they sold me for a phone that was $109, but they charged me $260! He didn't disclose that he had charged me for stuff I never wanted nor I asked for. The reason I know he over charged me, is because I went to a different location to get the same phone for my husband. Please, I advise anyone to stay away from this location specially from the employee Adan, who's the employee who attended me. They are big time thieves, it's sad how they take advantage of people!

2/18/24 I bought a new cell phone The guy told me it was worth $200, I have had a line with them for 10 years... When the guy charged me he told me it was $350 and I asked why and he told me that everything is expensive already !! I didn't care because I needed the cell phone that day.
When I received the receipt at home, they charged me for an extra mobile hot spot phone case and an extra card cost, something I didn't ask for!!
This is for the Latinos who go to that store, go to others because there they steal from you, especially from us who don't ask much. BE CAREFUL!!!!
I think they take commission for those who sell you strange things that you don't need!!!

I got here 20 minutes before the store opened to pay my phone bill. The ATM was not working so I stayed until they opened at 10 a gentleman came five minutes before the door opened and he got helped first. Also the employee Yal858 was late speeding through the parking lot and almost hit another car.. it took him another 25 minutes to take care of this first customer that cut in front of me. All I needed to do was pay my phone bill. This is very unfortunate. I did not get the employees name. This is his employee number that was on my receipt very unprofessional.

My husband was looking into getting a new iPhone. A little weary because of the inflation going on... When we came in we were greeted and felt very comfortable.. We asked tons of questions. The manager Moe and the associate Andrew did a great job on answering all of our questions. Everything was explained to us very well and clear. We ended up being able to get the iPhone and the tablet with some accessories! we were so satisfied with our purchases. We will be coming back to upgrade my phone soon! Thank you for the easy experience! This is my new favorite spot to come every time!

I first came in, and Margarita was the best. She greeted me and I greeted her back. The best greeting I had. Then I had the privilege of meeting Andrew. Let him know that my cousin had passed, and he had the same name as my cousin, and he was very consoling to my Aunt about that. He got us the best deal for my Aunt who needs Internet. Then Jovanny stepped in, to try to help us in getting us a better rate for a senior! This staff is the best! If you need something from Metro or T-Mobile, this place is the best place to go is here!
