I wanted to try this place because is was almost empty. One of the washer machines I was going to use had a half beagle stuff in the detergent shoot. I mean it was missing the coffee. Wait it was next to it. It was a card laundry which I am ok with but the change machine is out of order. Dry is $1.59 what...first and last time I'm coming here. Also, the restroom is out of order... wonder why?. Uuhhh.

This place is great however I had a problem with their bill changer the employee on task helped with the task however the manager didn't follow through I placed a 100$ bill expecting 20$ bills back but it gave me all 1$ and 5$ bills when it was done spitting out the bills I only received 98$ of my 100$ I know it isn't much but it is a matter of integrity and as the employee was speaking to the manager over the phone it seemed like the managers was suspicious about the 2$ yea ok if I was gonna lie wouldn't I say 20$+ was missing or something either way the employee told me the manager would be back on a Wednesday and would add value to my card which is what I suggested and she had the employee watch me load my card with money before saying ok I'll take a picture to send to the manager to add the money and now here I am a 6days later checked my card no money added to the value of my card and that is why I'm giving it a 1 star even though I like the place

Not fair. He only caters to his own kind. He let's them hold the machine with one item only and complains when you do it. The only thing good is you get free dry.

If I could give this zero stars I would Go anywhere else but there They have dirty dryers Someone left bleach on all the washers and peoples clothes got bleached They don't take care of anything clearly

Horrible place and horrible machines. They do not keep their machines up to date and serviced. I loaded a machine with all black clothing and the machine some how released bleach onto all my clothes.

This is for documentative purposes. On December 8, 2021 around 9:00pm, I inserted $2.00 into my laundry card. I inserted the card into one of the machines and it only allowed 5 minutes in dryer #4. I told the attendant about it and she checked my laundry card. She told me that I only had $0.31 left. I told her that I put in $2.00, inserted my card into dryer #4 and it only gave me 5 minutes. She said that there was a possibility that the previous dryer user might have taken out their clothes before using their entire time. She asked me if i wanted to use the same dryer and i said no. I went to put more money onto my card and she decided to use her own card on #4 which worked, but she told me that she owed her $0.89. The money isn't the issue, but I think there might be a problem with the dryer. She stated that she has only worked here for 1 week. She also refuses to tell me her name for my review. She wore a sweater over her work shirt. Not happy with her treatment.

I never really go to laundromats so I don't have any others to compare it to but this one was clean, well organized, and felt safe. You load money onto a laundry card (machine accepts card and cash I think) and swipe it on whichever machine you would like to use. They have washers of different sizes (1-4 loads) and plenty of large dryers. A 3 load machine was about $3.30. The dryer was about $1 per 24 minutes. Make sure to adjust your machine settings before paying. The machine appears to lock until it completes its cycle so you don't have to worry about anyone accessing your clothes while you wait. It's nice that they have large rolling baskets to transport your clothes and counters to fold your laundry on. They even have WiFi, a small lounge area to wait in, and vending machines with laundry supplies and snacks!

The washer was frozen during the washing. The lady told me that it was because of too much soap. I wonder is that the problem or it's the problem of the machine. However, she restarted it but required us to spend $ again and run the machine for second time... OKKKKK the machine broke and my clothes were wet with soap but we had to spend the money for the wash AGAIN? OMG, many times I saw the machines in here always had the problem with the sticker "out of order" on it. Unluckily, customers have to spend more money on their own

Place has attendants to do laundry services, so it's very clean and orderly. I took a star off because it is more on the expensive side and it can get very busy at times and there will be no available washers. Dryers are almost a dollar for 24min, washers vary by size and washing temperatures. Adding $20 will get you $2 free, which is like two drying cycles. I keep coming back because the attendants are always nice, I can wash dry, fold and hang my clothes in one place so when I go home all I have to do is put things in their places.

I like coming to this place but the only problem is , the machines that is by the front 2/4 works . You can't even see what's on the screen , it's frustrating not knowing what kind of laundry I wanna do . Literally it's a blue screen ! And nothing else

I have been coming here since i moved into the neighborhood 18 months ago. It is a couple of blocks from home so I walk with my cart. It USED to be nicely staffed and maintained Standards have slipped. On my last two visits i have been told to not sit down (in mostly empty store) and that the o ly available bench was reserved for (absent) seniors. I am 61. This last time another woman was not told to move (again maybe 4 other people in here) while i was. I have another laundry just opened across the street from home that is less expensive. And the manager here was perfectly happy to refund my card. I guess they are okay with losing my business.

A little disappointing. Specifically asked for many of my more delicate items to hang dry and even offered to pay extra for it. I can tell by the condition of my clothes that many were thrown into the dryer anyways. A little frustrating to pay so much for this service just to get my clothes back in poor condition. Also got a random pair of underwear that are not mine mixed in with my clothes when I got my stuff back. Makes me wonder how many of my items are missing.... Overall just an "okay" service. Attendants were nice and the facility is clean. MOST of my items came back fine but I'm a little irritated that my specific request was disregarded.

This laundry is one of the cleaniest laundry I have been to and I drove quite far just to do laundry here. About 3.9 miles from home for laundry here. I have always liked the cleanliness so despite the pricing I still frequented weekly to do laundry. However, today I wanted to get a refund for one of my cards because I use two cards to do laundry here. I was told that I cannot get the $1 back even though I paid $1 into the card just to purchase the card due to the bonuses they gave me. Not only that but I saw inside my card it was $13.30, but when the attendant returned my money she only gave me $11.30 back. I was rather confused because on the card it said $13.30 when I checked so I demanded an explanation as to why it's now decreased by $2 when I wanted a refund. The attendant was rude to me by telling me she doesn't know and that it was my problem. This really upset me because she not only did not give me an explanation but even told me that it was my problem that she is paying me short of $2. I told her I needed to talk to a manager but she said none available. I left my phone number behind but at this point is very unsure if anyone would call me back. This is very bad customer service. I should never felt angry but it made me very mad when someone told me it's my problem that they took my $2 without a good explanation! I did check my card and saw bonuses and came to some type of understanding; however, I am unable to accept the "It's your problem" as an answer to the question I asked. It's my right to know why I was not paid the full amount on the card. This makes me consider if I would ever want to come back here with the attendant telling me those types of answers.
