I went through the drive-through and I asked them for a fresh fry. These trifling individuals had the audacity to put a few french fries on top in the bottom. We’re old fries when I took it back into the store they had the nerve to give me attitude because I asked for them fresh, these people are trifling and lazy and it shows in their work ethics. 01/26/24 7:30 p.m. we ordered food to go, food seemed like it had been out for a minute we asked if they could make it fresh.. automatically we were told they didn’t do that, we explained other places do like Popeyes, he offered to cancel order we agreed but he wouldn’t give us a pos receipt, or his name he said he was the manager in charge but refused to give receipt or general Managers name. Last visit they wouldn’t cook spicy because no one asks for it, both visits were around the same time I feel like they are just lazy and don’t wNt to cook. Business wise they could be making more money keeping retaining customers. I hope some one in upper management really cares about growth and retrains crew or store Manager.

The food is a little pricey and when you get the food you expected what you paid. But the rations are small. The wraps are very small. I'm sorry you guys need to do something about it he sizes. Good old franchise but pricey and low rations.

Food is dry. Every. Time. We've waited months in between when we go back. It's so disappointing, it's like the food is made and then just sits under the heating lamp for hours.

I ordered their famous bowlThe chicken was so bad just 4 little chunks of overly deep fried oh there was less chicken then half of my little finger ?.It was so bad , just to enjoy my meal I had to order a chicken breast by itselfChicken breast was good and original recipeOtherwise it would get only one starAnd the sobe water option was not working.? Overall Very disappointing experience.Not the KFC I remember.I don't think the colonel would be happy.

Almost all the doors to get inside were locked with no note that said to use another door. I finally go inside to pick up my mobile and someone cuts me and gets waited on first. When it's my turn, everyone ignores me and I have to get someone's attention. Finally, I get my order and they tell me I have to show ID for it when they didn't ID the person before me for her online order.

I ordered some food in the kfc app at this location, because I happened to be passing by on my way home. I go in the drive thru and give the name for my order, get to the window and they tell me I need to show ID. Never in my life have I needed to show ID to pick up food I paid for. I wasn't driving so I had forgotten it at home, so they refused to give me the order that I had already paid for. I'd recommend avoiding this garbage location.

I placed a mobile order and I put all the condiments that I wanted so it was clear for when I come to pick up. The order also had 2 drinks and a beverage bucket. I came to pick up food and saw that there was no sauces, no utensils, and no napkins for the family meal... and I had to go inside to let them know that I was missing a drink and a beverage bucket and sauces.There was a female worker with a long braided pony tail that had the biggest attitude when she gave me my food. I asked for sauce and she slammed her hand on the counter twice! What's wrong with asking for some ketchup and hot sauce? She didn't ask me if I needed sauce, poor service. No hi, welcome, nor a thank you.When I went inside to ask for the other sauces that they forgot a male worker helped me and he didn't seem any more enthusiastic as the female worker. He was a slender male and might have been the manager but I'm not sure. If he was then that is a disappointment because theymy messed up my order and he couldn't be sympathetic about it. He looked at me like I did something wrong and he was offended. He took forever to get me the drink and the drink bucket. Again, no greet nor apologies and just bad service altogether.There was a reason why I ordered in the app and picked up in the drive thru. The order should be clear and it should have been an easy pick up.... I had to drive back and go inside to fix the problem because someone was not doing their job.
