Katella RV has had so many improvements in the last couple years. The lot looks so much better. The spots are reasonably priced. Management’s super nice & helpful. If you’re looking for a spot this is it.

Unless you’re desperate I would go somewhere else. Extremely overpriced for the area (neighborhood is super sketchy) I understand that inflation has driven landlords to raise prices but these prices are ridiculously high. Right next to a “Pick A Part” which makes getting in very difficult at times because cars and people will block the entrance. Last time we picked up our trailer it smelled of cat urine so badly we had to inspect it and it seemed the cats that live there were spraying our tire covers as well as our step ladder (we left down by mistake ) Just not a great place overall in my experience.

Bob and Austin are the best very professional, polite gentleman. The facility is nicely kept. there’s no loitering or people hanging out the tenants that do come and go are just putting their things away or changing out their car or RV prices are reasonable. grateful I found this place. Grateful that management is so neat.

Called to ask if there was a spot available and they said yes. Drove all the way out from Joshua Tree and the owner had given the spot away to someone else, leaving us with nowhere to park our camper. The least they could have done was call to ask if we were on our way still or let us know it was rented out so we wouldn’t have taken out cash and driven all the way there for no reason.

We ended up moving our RV closer to where we live, but would definitely store it here again if we return to the area. The owner is very friendly and helpful; highly recommend.

I signed a contract for hours of operation and they decide to close the gates at 5:00 p.m.. nobody wants to answer the phone to let me in on a Friday afternoon to get my vessel. The new owner is a POS.
