Rick is a great guy and knows his way around European cars. While he specializes in and has certifications for Mercedes-Benz, I'm sure he could throw wrench on just about any import... The prices are fair, but the service is excellent. Never a very long wait and he's always on time when you make an early morning appointment. I've never been gouged here, nor does Rick come back with a bunch of extra stuff that "I should fix." He's a family guy too, so I don't see him ripping off the ladies for a quick come-up... I appreciate hard-working, honest, business owners that know and understand that your business's reputation could make or break you... for this reason, when it comes to Mercedes, I'm happy to hand the business over to Rick.
