He genuinely gives the best service he can with his customers and tries giving us the best deals available. My family and I we're originally from T mobile and he helped us throughout the process remaining patient especially with t mobile customers service line. Unfortunately the 800 number for Tmobile Customer Service left out a few things from my package delivery as well as complete instructions but they did tell me I could return to my original store where I bought the equipment and they could help me, which I should of done originally. Thankfully Omar was there to help trouble shoot with great communication and professionalism. Super patient with me no matter how many times I needed to go back and forth today.

Our phones were quite old, requiring special attention for the data transfer, but Mason and Annette worked together seamlessly to handle any issues that arose.
Mason, in particular, was outstanding. His ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining efficient and courteous service was remarkable. “My mom and I came in yesterday to purchase the iphone 15 pro max. Paul assisted us, and he was AMAZING! Very professional and patient, approachable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He is definitely knowledgeable about the phones and services provided by T-Mobile. I'm not very tech savy HAHA, but he never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions. T-Mobile, he is an asset to your company! Give this man A RAISE! The store was to close at 8pm yesterday, and we arrived around 6:45pm so it was close to closing, but the staff never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I called prior to coming to inquire about the titanium iphone 15 Pro Max stock, and the girl on the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also very polite and friendly. “I been a member of TMOBIL for 9 Years came with my mom the other day because she was having issues with her bill why was so much and literally we came 3 times less than a month and no one wanted to help us when I decided to give it one more try I walked in on Tuesday 4/30/2024 I check in and asked for a Spanish speaker staff and with a lot of patience we got Martin he Helped us in a professional matter he answer all my mom questions he even broke it down with all the cost/and expensive and mom really understood and didn’t have any more questions thanks Martin for all your help he deserves a raise and kuddos definitely requesting him when we come to this store again. ?”

The check in kiosk didn't work for me but I only waited for about 5minutes being 3rd in line. I was just exchanging equipment and the guy was very helpful. I was outta there in no time at all.
