I'm updating my review. I am very disappointed in the mechanic and assistants at this place. I don't usually write these types of reviews, but I feel it's important. I've been here a couple of times but it'll be my last. I went in because fuel pump had a leak. Ivan said it was the sensor. Got that changed. However car still smells like gas. I also had electric water pump replaced by Ivan. Few days later car was overheating. He said it was now the thermostat housing. So he "fixed" that. And now when I turn on my AC car tells me it's overheating. Then I went to BMW in Buena Park. Car had a recall that they fixed free of charge. Upon inspection they found car needs many repairs. So devastating since I'll be thousands more to fix when I had asked Ivan to please check the entire car for me. Well I needed two new tires, engine filter replaced which I did, when I had asked if those were checked, the idrive notified me it needed a new one, it has a leak, taillights went out on right side, bushings and control arms are cracking. Ivan obviously didn't check my car. I'm completely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to come here. I know times are tough, but people work hard for their money and not just that, my life and kids lives are at stake when things are overlooked.

Mechanic at this shop is very dishonest. He charged me for a new radiator and did not change. He put back same one. Called him back and did not offer me any help. DO NOT USE this shop plus his rate was high compare to other shops around himService: General repairs & maintenance

Ivan is one of the most honest and hardest working individuals. The only thing that sucks is that he's so busy. But that's only because he's so good.

Jack is the most honest and fair mechanic, hands down. In many cases, he should be charging more. Customers dont always realize he is not a mechanic you need to haggle with, because he always gives you the best price. He will tell you if you don't need work done. On average, he is 50% cheaper than the dealerships. He uses excellent quality oem parts and repairs each vehicle as if it were his own. For quick jobs, you can sit down on the couch and watch him work on your car. Jack is a very friendly guy. He always has a good joke on the ready. He is also an avid Pontiac restorer. He has photos in his shop of some of his restoration projects that are amazing. If you need honest and quality mechanic work, Jack at Pro Care Auto, is your guy!

Jack is one of the most professional mechanics I have ever met. Completely genuine and honest, never trying to up sale you on repairs you don't need. Does work fast and efficiently. I've been coming here for years and never have I felt like Jack has done me wrong. All the work he does is well priced. I told my family about him and all they have is praise for Jack.
