Awful... They overcharge for the little work that they do. Then, when a tax issue arises, they don't stand by their work they distance them selves from it. They refer you to a web page or give you an 800 number. So much for Peace of Mind. More like PEICE OF S£!+.

The price is going up too much. We have been going to HR block for years. We love our tax preparer Lan Nguyen but the fees are increasing too much. You should send coupons for loyal customers.
