I have rented from Haulaway Storage Containers on multiple occasions, and I can confidently say that my experience has been consistently disappointing. Their inability to adhere to scheduled pickup dates has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss for me.
On this last occasion, their failure to pick up the container as scheduled resulted in severe consequences. I explained to their representative, Richard Segura, the impact this delay had on my job, leading to charge backs from my customer. However, instead of offering any viable solutions or showing genuine concern, all I received were more excuses and empty apologies from Richard.
The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Haulaway Storage Containers, particularly through Richard's dismissive attitude, is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect reliable service and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Unfortunately, Haulaway failed to meet these basic expectations.
I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and have decided to take all of my business elsewhere. Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience recommend Haulaway Storage Containers to anyone else. Their unreliability and lack of customer care have cost me both time and money, and I refuse to subject myself or others to such incompetence in the future.

I am very impressed by the customer service I received from Haulaway Storage containers. Richard Segura is fabulous! He stayed on the phone with me while I measured my driveway and determined the size I would need. He gave me leeway for date of delivery and he was friendly and helpful with every phone call. He made me laugh and put me at ease as a first time customer.I highly recommend Haulaway for their products and customer service.

Terrible company! I set up an account with them for monthly payments to automatically be withdrawn from my account. I get a call about 8 months later to set up an account. What?? The girl I spoke to told me they made a mistake and never set up my account or charged me. She said they would only charge me back a couple of months bc it was their mistake. Turns out the manager wouldn't let her do that and said they would give me 30 days to pay all 8 months. I made many calls to speak to a supervisor to try to work something out as I was not prepared to pay that amount and this created a financial hardship for my family. A supervisor was never available to speak to me and never returned Any of my many calls! Within a week of the original call from them, they charged me the whole 8 months...didn't even give me the 30 days!!! They are lucky that payment even cleared as finances are very tight for us right now. I never write bad reviews as I have owned businesses and know mistakes happen. However, this company is completely unorganized, unresponsive, and unethical. I'm closing my account. Do not do business with them!!

I am so upset I'm shaking. Hallway Storage Containers didn't stick with the original bid price. There's more. I paid a long time at my home near Temecula for one container without a problem. Then, we moved to Orange County. They moved the container and put it next to my garage off the alley, and it looked fine. I needed another container. They sent a different type of truck that could not put the container next to the first one. I have an ugly container taking up my parking. It's catawampus. It sticks out at a strange angle. My son can get his 37' RV in the space where I wanted the second container. The vacant land is more than 48' wide. The container isn't as wide as the RV and is only 20' long. As if it wasn't bad enough to have an eyesore, they also debited more than agreed on the February bill. Plus, they double charged me for May! I called today and got disconnected from a nice man. After calling back and going through the menu steps, I got a girl I had trouble understanding. She argued and refused to transfer the call. I hung up. If you need affordable storage containers, make sure you have something in writing. Also, make sure it will be delivered and placed where you want it. I am sure this company has fair prices and great containers. However, they might double bill you unexpectantly or put your unit where it's more convenient for them.

I highly recommend using Haulaway Storage Containers. Excellent customer service and super quick delivery. Everything is very transparent. I dealt with Raquel and she's super friendly, and helpful. Al delivered the container today. He went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the placement of the container on my driveway. He was extra extra careful throughout the process. I gave him a tip for his hard work but he refused to accept it.

We used these guys to store and move during covid, it beyond exceeded our expectations! Tina helped us and walked us through everything. She was amazing and made this so easy. Great experience, highly recommend & will definitely use again. Thank you

worst company ive ever seen, they haven't picked up trash for 3-4 weeks. they keep telling me after hours of sitting on hold that they are "coming today". trash is all over the alley. I finally called a junk removal company out to clean it all up. cancelled the service and will never use this company again.

Worst trash service we’ve ever had! We’re going on over 2 weeks with no shows. Garbage is piling up and our entire street looks horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great prices....but good luck getting them to pick up your container and you will get rude service when you constantly call to ask for eta on picking up the unit.
