After the hour session, you feel accomplished and effective, or at least exhausted ?.They tell you at orientation they're all like family, but unlike the typical false cheesy mantra, everyone is like family here. Sessions are filled with laughter and encouragement. Can't recommend them enough!”

The owner Jacob offered up his gym for us last minute hosting 60 dads and their kids. The space was large, clean, and safe for the kids. The gym is amazing and I appreciate them letting us host our event there”

I had a free training session with Julie, who evaluated my strength, mobility, and balance. Feeling ready, I committed to twice-weekly sessions with her, which I've maintained for four months now.My Trainer:Julie is empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient. She adjusts workouts based on my health, which fluctuates. This understanding approach eased my fears of appearing uncommitted due to inconsistent energy levels. During a sinus infection, Julie adjusted the training to avoid overexertion, providing relief and a great workout. Her attention to form has significantly improved my strength, balance, stamina, and mobility. Julie pushes me to reach my potential while being mindful and kind. You're the best Julie! Thank you!Atmosphere:The gym is welcoming, with friendly greetings from all employees. Community Connect nights with snacks and games offer a chance to meet others. Monthly check-ins with Darlene and Cierra feel like catching up with friends. Heran's cupping sessions have relieved muscle pain, and his friendly greetings make the gym feel like a second home. This supportive environment makes me feel like I truly belong. If you're looking for not only a supportive gym, but community as well, I would highly recommend Elev8!”
“Sammy was my instructor. I’ve never been to a class like this so i was nervous. The hard part for me was treadmill but Sammy never called me out or made me feel uncomfortable for not keeping up the pace with others. The energy and motivation during this class was beyond my expectation. The only thing i wish was that there had been a warm up/ stretching beforehand. Other than that, my experience was beyond.”

“I used to dislike burpees, running, and squats.
Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.”

Will is a phenomenal coach- your form seems to be his top priority which is SUCH a nice thing to find- I never feel like I will get injured lifting with his guidance! They have flexible class schedules and an open gym (24/7 for members). We've been going for a month now (my husband and I) and we already feel stronger and are SO stoked on this place! “This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend HOP & Christian to anyone looking to get stronger or just simply looking to get more fit and active. I've been coming to HOP and training with Christian for about 1+ month now and beyond happy with the progress I've made. My main goal this year was to get into deadlifting and there is no better gym for that than HOP with tons of free weights and knowledgeable coaches. I went from not being able to properly do RDLs without my back feeling like it was going to snap, to being able to deadlift close to my body weight and walking away unscathed! I know warehouse gyms are not for everyone but I highly recommend to give HOP a try, they even have a free day pass and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful! *wink wink* Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk today!”

We were so impressed by how clear and concise her instructions and demonstrations are and by how attentive she is to her students. She took the time to go to each student to see how we were all doing. I really like how she explains the details of the steps, like which part of our bodies are going to be on the pole, where our leg should be, and etc. There is plenty of parking at the studio, and it is very clean as well!”
“One of my fav workout classes!! I've always seen/passed by 9Round but never stopped in. Finally had the itch one week to do the intro workout and I had so much fun! It was/is the right amount of punching, sweating and just working out all together. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and encourage me, especially when I'm struggling. I recommend anyone to AT LEAST go for the intro class! I locked myself into a 6 month membership after 3 classes and I'm very excited to continue punching my way along! ?”

The front staff member who showed me the ropes was so knowledgeable and friendly as well. “Amazing gym!! Lots of space & unique equipment for any type of fitness your into!! I went to the gym here with my friends & we all do different workouts. I do bodybuilding, my friend does powerlifting, and my other friend does Olympic weightlifting & there was something for all of us! And the vibe of the gym tops it off!! 10/10 would recommend!”
