AMAZING. Their reservation line never communicated to the location that they needed to pick us up since we were down the street. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. There were quick to respond and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They came pretty quickly and saved the day, I would give them seven stars.

This location can be easily missed if unfamiliar with the area. Always attentive staff, vehicles may not always be available as requested, staff still work with you as much as possible. Biggest downside, and reason for 4 stars, California locations charge a California tax by was of a $300 deposit for all rentals, not the worst as some are as high as $500, still not a good thing after joining their points program and developing a very good customer history.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Rental was clean inside and out and they also provided pickup and dropoff from the local body shop. Dealing with insurance was difficult but the only thing they did right was use this Enterprise location for my rental. Both in-person and over the phone customer service was top notch. They explained everything and made sure I understood the process so there would be no confusions or miscommunication.

Very small Enterprise lot. I mean it's small! Entrance is off Beach. There is an Enterprise sign from the street, but I had to really slow down the first time to make sure I didn't miss the driveway. There is also a back gate off Santa Rita where I customers can enter or park and walk in. They don't always answer their phone, but service was great.

After my insurance USAA send the reservation to Enterprise Rent A Car Stanton Branch, their Management Trainer Natahniel called me immediately and told me that he has put aside a Toyota Camry for me. My rental process was very Smooth. Nathaniel and Branch Manager Hanry Chan were very professional and courteous. Henry even called me after I returned the vehicle to enquie about the service and quality of the vehicle. I Will definitely choose Enterprise again.

This location is great, handles everything efficiently. This and a couple other locations are great to work with. The app and web page are basically bait and switch, tease you with low rates that you attempt to reserve, only to get error messages and locked out, forcing you to try again later or call and get higher rates. Has happened to me way too often. Worse, when you do call while looking at a current rate, the people you talk to are u able to get you the same rate. Seriously sad decline of Enterprise and overall online/phone customer service in order to make higher rates.
