“Freely guided my friend and I to finding out how tech insurance worked, and was patient and understanding of our situation. Even gave a free inspection of our tech for damage estimate! “I had previously gone to a different repair shop and they tried to clean out my charging port ;after being unable to get it to work they said I needed to replace the entire charging port . I arrived at this location because they were open on Sunday . This location followed the same procedure and were able to clean out my charging port and get it to work . They didn't even charge me for the service they provided . If you are looking for trustworthy people , here they are . I will be coming back for all my cell phone needs and future repairs . “IQ Smartphone is the BEST, this was my 3rd time here & I love the way he does business. Today he replaced my clear screen in my cell that I had dropped. When he was done I asked him how much & he said $10. I gave him $20 for his service as I thought his price was way too cheap. Myself being a business owner know the costs of keeping a business open. Great man here. I’d suggest giving him a try. He won’t disappoint.”
“Our big flat-screen TV just up and died one morning: no picture, no sound. It was out of warranty (even though I had bought the extended warranty). The TV manufacturer had one service center that was an hour drive from where I was; I'd also have to leave them an over $100 "consultation" fee before I'd get their estimate for repair. Before dropping down another grand on a new one I just googled local TV repair and this place popped up. The owner was friendly and said he had free consultations, plus he was 5 minutes away! In a couple days he told me it would be $260 for parts plus labor and a 90 day warranty. I'm now watching the big screen again! Great work and service!”

“Beyond impressed by the service here! I came in to repair my broken screen and they replaced it in literally 10 minutes. The only thing I had to make sure to do for my iphone was disable find my from settings before coming in to the store. In the directions it says it needs to be off for at least an hour but it still worked when I turned it off 30 minutes before coming into the store. I also didn't need to pay a dime because my phone was covered by Asurion with verizon so it was really fast, easy, and great service! 10 minutes... that's crazy! Thank you!”
