Bought my sofa here and very happy with my purchase. They delivered it next day. Delivery drivers were very nice and help assembled everything. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for good quality leather sofas.

I’ve been shopping for a sofa for many months. I went to Ashley, Jerome’s, and Lazy-boy but didn’t not find good quality. When I stopped at Donna Ken furniture. I was so happy to find good quality and a leather sofa that was so comfortable on my back. Also, the price was lower than the other stores. So glad I found this store.

Bought complete set less than a year, recline chair broken. Call Customerservice, they told me only warranty only wood parts. Not mechanical. ???? Really bad service. Do not buy from them.

Came in bought a CAL KING SIZE bed. The sales person was great at helping with the sale of our purchase of the bed and bed frame. He said repeatedly and I quote "WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 26 YEARS AND WE OFFER THE BEST IN QUALITY AND IN SERVICE, IF WE CANNOT DELIVER THAT, IT IS FREE". Delivery service was horrible and quality of the product was less than par. Right away as the delivery guy sets up I saw damaged to multiple bed frame support beam. It was completely broken and about to fall off. I raised awareness to the delivery guy. He smiles looks at it shakes his head and pretends to take it back to his pick up truck to grab a new piece? A few minutes later he returns with new pieces but hides the broken one with the other pieces. I notice strange behavior as the guy slowly installs the bed frame and watching me as I look on. He grabs all the good pieces first before finally grabbing the broken piece I had recently brought to his attention. Instantly I grab it and ask him "WHAT THE F**K IS THIS" seriously I paid $1300 for damaged quality. The guy gets his boss on the phone I talk to him he insured me it'll get fixed by next week and He offers to give me a discount for the inconvenience. I'm not happy but agree since it'll get replaced. Meanwhile, We are in a COVID-19 pandemic the another delivery guy goes and makes himself at home touching grabbing everything in the house and even sits at dinner table. I was pretty shocked, I told him immediately to get up and get outside he waits to get paid and leaves. I Called back to follow up four days later and the boss says oh that discount was for you to replace the beam yourself that he took off to cover for the broken support fee. And if I wanted it to be fixed it'll be extra. His quote "WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 26 YEARS AND WE OFFER THE BEST IN QUALITY AND IN SERVICE, IF WE CANNOT DELIVER THAT IT IS FREE" is total CRAP-TASTIC LIES

I bought the whole set of sofa, table and bedroom set. Less than a year, the decline chair motor is broken, ask for warranty, they said that only warranty is the wood structure only, not mechanical. What!!!!!. Sell man talk a lot when sell, when done, doesn't care when things happen. Bad experience. Be careful when dealing with this furniture store.
