“This was my first time shopping at this tjmaxx store. I was amazed by how clean and organized this location was! My local tjmaxx is very messy and unorganized. This store even had the red tag clearance section completely organized. They didn't have much of a selection for holiday decor items or blankets. I liked the store, however they didn't have a lot of product. I left without making a purchase.”
“Employee Alieh was very professional and knowledgeable and deserved 10 stars! She made check-out such a pleasure and worked patiently to make certain everyone knew of the 40% discount for card holders and that each person's credits were applied. I had a birthday-month credit which I was able to apply. I heartily recommend Alieh for a pay raise! :)”

“I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”
“Havnt shop Kohl's in along time, many years. Pleasantly surprised! Sales Floor clean and well merchandised. Found what I was looking for. **Maybe the trick to shop here is early - when they open. Opening hours are at 9am!”
“Great deals on household items, and very friendly staff. I love that an employee that was on the floor greeted us. The downside is that the store smelled terrible (smelled of urine). Not sure of the cause (could have been a backed up sewer line), so I don't want to fault the store, as this was my first visit.”

I didn't really peruse any of the items out on the floor but the Mens' restroom was clean and smelled pretty good (for a bathroom) seemed to be an adequate amount of employees hovering about for the number of shoppers when I walked through to use their restroom.”

“Kohl’s is usually a large department store mostly specializing in women’s apparel. They do have junior and men’s sections. They showcase a wide collection of women, men, junior clothing and accessories. The prices are usually in range and the collection is mid tier. I really think it’s worth a visit. Parking is free.”
“I received a 20% off coupon via email and also had a 10% cash back offer on my debit card so I decided to do some shopping at Big Lots. My first choice was the Lakewood store; however, come to find out that it has closed! I find the Long Beach store to be too junky and I was close to the Bellflower store so I decided to shop at that location. I was happy to see furniture at this location and have been wanting an ottoman for quite some time. I did not find one in the exact color I was looking for but was happy to see different options in stock. I ended up with a new living room rug and was happy to see that this location had more items of substance in stock rather than the LB location. Store layout was common as in some other Big Lots locations I have shopped at and the aisles were clear and free of clutter. Plenty of parking is available as the lot is pretty big and shares it with a few other stores and a .99 store. Area seems like it can be a bit shady though.”

I have no idea what the brown stuff was? But it was gross. Maybe food? I finally found two white pillows without any stains. I bought those. And then I found a cute rug to match. I put the pillows and rug in my office. I like them! :) I was surprised to find that they sell full on furniture here too! Crazy, I didn't know that. The back is set up like a miniature showroom.”
