Today: At about 8:15pm on July 28, 2024 I observed a manager or supervisor threatening to write up a cashier next time he gets on shift for being late. It was loud and it was embarrassing. I felt really bad for the cashier. If you need to correct a behavior, you need to do it more politely and not in front of customers. This was humiliating. Please address this CVS!

Great customer service by Jeremy! went beyond to give me extra support with how to use my cvs app. Also great customer service by Mama John in the pharmacy department . Helped me when choosing medication Substitute For a medicine that’s not covered by my insurance.

It's been a while since I went to CVS, and everything was 100% different and I was 100% satisfied. In particular, they were so friendly to the customers that I felt like a queen. Thank you ?

The photo machine, the transfers photos from your phone to print is problematic. This last time I couldn’t even get it to print.

Lazy service. I grabbed a couple things here and was trying to check out. There were 7 people in line with ONE person at the register who was trying really hard to convince everyone to get the cvs membership. So each person was taking forever. I looked around and saw three other employees just ignoring this line. The self check outs were both closed for some reason. After waiting over 5 mins and the line hadnt moved at all I just put my stuff down and left. When i got home i canceled the extra plus member ship i had gotten the month before. I tried to put my money into a local store but situations like that are why i just prefer to order and have stuff delivered from amazon. If cvs cant respect my time why would i bother to go there?

I've stopped going into CVS. This was my last time. This place is looking more like the 99c store. They never have what I'm there for, but the store is full of junk that people don't actually need.
Walgreens is hardly any better. But all in all CVS just never has what I need. It's either out of stock constantly or they say they don't have it...
This one is in a bad neighborhood so be careful at night. Yeah I'm just not gonna waste my time driving to a CVS and getting out of my car and going all the way in. Just to find out it's one of the poorly stocked and dirty stores.

I just want to thank the pharmacy here for being rude to me. I used this pharmacy for a long time (I was stuck because I owned shares in the company's stock). There was a shortage of meds during covid. I am a very patient person. After 2 weeks of calling and no meds I went in and waited in line. A guy in front of me started getting loud, complaining his meds were 2 days late. They caved and miraculously filled his prescription (they had it and lied to me). I was not happy. I left. Transferred to another place and Sold all my shares. I checked the stock price the other day. They saved me $27k by being rude I just wanted to come here and thank the Stanton CVS 5 's

Well, I wasn't dressed well, I admit that, I only went to deposit 280 to send to my mother, and the girl first tested the bills with her normal hand and then took almost 15 minutes trying them with the machine and she did it more than 3 times with each ticket, I understand that they distrust, because of how I went but they go too far hehe, I've done it before and it doesn't take that long, in conclusion they discriminate against you because of your appearance ?
