I was in need for cash and had spare change so came to see if I could use the coinstar. Old man in there said he wouldn't be making any transactions for the machine. Even after telling him I only had no more than 10$ in change. Which he replied "we are running low on funds" as he walks away. Mine y'all that I came to use it to buy some bread. Now I see why I haven't been back here.

I have the order from Apple Store delivered to the CVS but when I come to pick up was picked up by someone else. I don't know they didn't check the ID or the Staff involved. I came back and talked to the Suppervisor his name is Garry and showed him my email said my package been pick up. He yelled at me and said he wasn't there when it's happened. He gave me the store number to call back tomorrow and talk to manager. I'm so frustrated

The pharmacy technician who checks in people for covid vaccine is a lazy worker. She was quick to charge me $56 for q covid vaccine that is supposed to be FREE? I just recently switched insurance from private to a veteran.She rather make me pay instead of verifying my insurance first CHAMPVA Veterans . Im thankful for the other pharmacy worker who took over, and let me have my vaccine with no fee. No to lazy and incompetent worker like her. You don't even deserve a one star from me.CVS what happened to you campaign with your campaign to partner with Mission Act " We are honored to care for Veterans? What a shame.

Save yourself the headache of getting prescriptions from this location. Never dealt with such rude and lazy workers in my life. 3 people working in the pharmacy had lied to me about a prescription pick up for a week saying they needed approval from my doctor,but after calling my doctors office found out that this was a lie and that there never was a request sent for approval nor was there one even needed. Had hung up on me twice mid conversation after trying to figure out what the issue was and then was extremely rude to my doctors office secretary reaching out and trying to figure out what was happening. They could have just been honest and said they did not have my medication in stock so I could've had another pharmacy with proper customer service help me. Not even to mention the last prescription had taken 3 days to fill up after the script was sent and each time I called they would tell me it would be ready in an hour. The fact that these immature kids have a job is mind blowing. Whoever is in control of this pharmacy department is a joke and needs to get a new staff.

No star pharmacy are very unprofessional. They ask you what time you want your medication, by the time you want it and go back. They have to wait to get written of by the pharmacist who happen to go out to lunch.

This pharmacy is bad was sick Doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy they kept stalling I could of went somewhere else but it's been two days now and still no antibiotics I wish they would tell me to begin with so I could take my business elsewhere when your sick time matters and the sooner you get your medicine the sooner you will feel better don't appreciate this cvs store you have been warned be careful

Very unprofessional. I had appointment for Covid vaccine booster at 1pm. I came 15' earlier and checked in as they instructed me via text and came to pharmacy at 12:50. Another came in at 1pm and cut the line. The pharmacy tech did not ask her what her appointment time was and took her before me. I came up to complain then she took my infos. I waited until 1:20 for them to prepare vaccines. Really? I used to work as medical assistant and it doesn't take that long to prepare stuffs. I got the first two vaccines at UCI, they are very professional and on time even they are very busy every day. When I came to this CVS pharmacy today, it was empty. Never come back here again even it's very closed from my house.

Came here to get a covid test from the drive through. My appointment was at 3pm, got there 5-10 minutes early, but I didn't get to the front until much later. After getting to the front they took even longer to get the test to me. I didn't leave CVS until 4pm. In comparison, I previously had a covid test at Walgreens and it didn't take this long. I saw two cars leave the line while I was waiting in line as well. Obviously they were fed up with the wait. Also, I've never had any problems with the CVS pharmacies inside of target. Not sure why it's such a big difference.

Just tried to use the drive thru for pickup. The shades are down and there's nothing posted saying it's closed. I used the call button a few times. Called on my cell phone with no answer. I am not feeling well and needed my medicine. I didn't want to be exposed to anyone and vice versa. If it's closed or you're too busy to service the drive thru please post something so you can properly with your customer instead of having me waste ten minutes in the drive thru wondering if I was ever going to be helped.

ZERO stars if I can. Made an appointment for my parents for their booster covid vaccine (they are 65 and 67 years old) and had finished the 2nd dose in early February. The CDC recommends a booster in this population 6 months after the primary series. Went into the store at the appointed time and the pharmacist on duty TERENA VO denied our appointment on the spot. Verbally said that she denied the shot even though the CDC recommends a booster shot for my parents and the CVS homepage recommends it as well. There were no other patients at the time...I am livid as a healthcare worker since vaccinations are so important in controlling the pandemic. I have no idea what credentials this person has to go against what the CDC and her own corporate guidelines but this is unacceptable. If you need a vaccine, head elsewhere since they clearly don't follow the CDC and FDA guidelines. UPDATE: I was able to get my parents a booster shot at another CVS as a walk in and told them about my experience here. Even the pharmacist shook his head saying there was a communication to all cvs pharmacists Friday night/Saturday morning that says this population qualifies for a booster and to give one immediately.

The pharmacist and young woman giving vaccines were very nice. The Filipino woman taking vaccine check-ins, and prescription drop off was extremely rude!! My appointment was for 11:30am and I didn't get my shot for almost an hour. What is the point of an appointment if I still have to wait? There was a guy that walked in with no appointment and he got his shot right after I got mine. Dude was delighted with himself and telling everyone that he was glad it was so fast and no wait. I noticed on this day they waited until they had atleast 5 people that were there waiting for the vaccine and then the person giving the shots would come out and give all the shots one after another. My brother got his vaccine at Target and they gave him his shot within 10 minutes of his appointment time.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 25 years. It seems like in the last 5 years, their service has just tanked. Yesterday I waited for 3 prescriptions for 30 minutes of which I only walked away with 1. The other 2 had been "in process" for 3 days! I was told they had a new system, but not sure In going to go with that. Today U arrive to pick up the 2 from yesterday plus 1 more. You guessed it, I've been here for 20 minutes. Ugh...it shouldn't be this difficult. While the staff is always nice, there is something wrong with the process..or lack there of. I've stayed here because it convenient, but frankly, my time is worth something. Once I'm done here today, I'm transferring to a new pharmacy. Aaannndddd 45 minutes later, I'm out. Aarrgghh

I had an appointment at 12pm for COVID-19 vaccination. When I got there they said all of their pharmacist were out for lunch??? Then they said come back after a hour. When I got back there was still no one there. Stay away from this CVS guys.
