BED BUGS
Spent 2 nights here, woke up after the first night with what I thought was hives but turned out to be bed bugs. I am bitten up all down my back, on my face, legs, feet… my boyfriend also got bitten up. I told the man at the front desk and asked for a refund and he refused- yelled at me, interrupting me, and was all around an absolute jackass. The handle on the tub was also broken and I got cut and got an infection from it. This place is absolutely disgusting. Do not go here. I have spent hundreds on medical, extra hotels, laundry, just to fix this.

The man that works at the front desk knows that the rooms are infested with bed bugs and refuses to acknowledge and if you insist a refund after spending money on medical bills to help treat the beg bug bites he will get aggressive and fain ignorance.

The guy who works in the office is rude, a liar, and has the worst customer service. I will NEVER be staying here again. To start off we booked a 2 bed but he only gave us a 1 bed and tried making us pay extra for the 2 bed I had already paid for. He started arguing and yelling at my mom in front of my children because we told him we didn’t need room service due to the fact that I had my 2 toddlers with me and taking them out of the room when my oldest had spent all night throwing up so it wasn’t feasible. He scared my youngest and refused to stop arguing in front of my children until I had to yell at him to stop because he was scaring my kids. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay if you are considering this place. From the moment you check in it is a very unwelcoming environment. The only good thing about that place was that the lady in the office is super friendly and a joy to talk to. They really need to get rid of the guy in the office

Unless you're a blonde young lady, do not expect any type of service what so ever. The minimum wage front desk hourly worker doesn't have basic communication skills. He was rude, ill mannered and smells bad. Turned me away saying check in is at 2pm, which is whatever, soon as I'm in my car starting to leave; I see him escorting a lady to a room and later that lady access the room with a key card. It was 11am, nowhere close to 2. Tried calling later to check on my booking and the same front desk minimum wage worker hangs up once and after i call again he starts throwing a tantrum over the phone before hanging up a 2nd time. Man this place is nasty and they pull rules and policies like they follow any themselves.

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with... Like ever... we arrived early morning in California and went to this hotel they told us we needed to make online reservation then we could check in to our room so we stepped aside to the street made the online reservation and then when done went to check in, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to us telling us we can't check in till 2pm... It was 5:30am we had all our luggage with us like we couldn't wait till then and he had Just told us to make the reservation... He yelled at us threw the closed sign in our face and I told him I wanted the reservation cancelled cause we had to find another hotel to stay at... Our card still got charged for a no show when we had clearly cancelled our "reservation" the manager made us make under false pretenses.... The hotel smelled horrible and was nasty just on the outside anyway. Overall this place is a -10 on the scale. I would not ever stay here if I were you. They will steal your money and then treat you with the most disrespect I have experienced by a hotel manager/owner..... Now he's refusing to admit we ever tried to check in. What a joke he should be shut down
Noteworthy details: Manager/owner is a super rude man that won't even let you talk after he gets your card info. He scams out of town ers and it's not right

The place is horrible there would constantly be cops or firefighters around the area. The owner is disrespectful and rude to me and my family, u have to take out the trash everyday, you can’t have a microwave, and the owner came into my room invading my privacy just to open my window and he made this comment sayin my room smells when it clearly doesn’t because I crake care of it and clean it. don’t spend your money here. I got a picture of the owner just so you guys can know who it is

We've stayed here almost 2 months and it's great for the price. My ball and chain knows how to bargain shop so we always get a good deal through this app called Agoda. Really makes staying in hotels cheap like they should be. Only complaint is there's no microwave and they have a weird rule "no guests" like the manager is allergic to us having a good time. He's a crab BTW.Safety: Very safe. You got some homeless and hookers selling p**** but what's a hotel without some spice ya know??

This is about the same as a Motel 6, albeit clean and good location. However...Do NOT deal with the management at this place. They will NOT check you in until after 2 pm - No exceptions. No big deal. I waited.Most of all, and to great dismay, the manager comes knocking on my door and screaming "one person in a room" as a long time friend was visiting me no longer than 5 minutes.I was forced to leave, despite my friend leaving as well (isn't this double occupancy anyways?) ... Hastily grabbing my items and asked to leave the property.He even was calling the police. I never in my life experienced such unprofessional and arrogant service. Do not go here. Just don't.I filed a complaint with the BBB and got full refund from the travel agency (Agoda) who helped me with this booking.
