Rooms: Cannot find a more quality room for the price
Safety: Never had problems
Walkability: Easy like a Sunday morning

We’ll managed and well maintained. Means active management and maintenance. This place does both. In a good neighborhood they keep things right. PS plenty of traffic noise which is below what you are used to.
