We requested service over the weekend and Alex was the tech. He called to let us know he was running behind but would arrive as soon as he could. When he arrived he fixed the machine within minutes. Alex was professional and came with a good attitude. Highly recommend chemmark and Alex as a tech. Thank you !

Hi my name is Linda and I work here at Thai speciality in Brea we run out of solution for our dishwasher machines so I call the Chen mark company number that was posted up on the machine and the receptionist was very helpful. So She let me know the technician was going to give us a call back, so less than 20 minutes. The technicians show up with 2 replacements bottles that we needed to complete our machine and also did a thorough, check up.. turn out it was leaking solution on the top and mike our technician didn't hesitate with his partner replaced it and was very professional i differently recommended the two off them thank you

Chem Mark as a company is great! Everyone we have worked with has been extremely friendly and easy to work with.
