Stop by to have my phone looked at and some how they got it working, screen was not showing icons or not allowing scrolling, young lady fixed it after a number of people tried too, thank you mia cellular

I'd like to leave no stars. This was the absolute worst phone service we ever had. They have no one to help with phone issues. It took months for them to fix my phone. I had to cancel service to get it fixed and then they kept my son's phone number and never released it. Then they kept charging us for months after we canceled service. Don't ever use them. To bad they suck so bad they had a great deal going. To good to be true

Had this phone service for a month I had to factory reset my phone some message comes up saying ussd code running then says MVNO1 MESSAGE connection problem or invalid MMI code I called 611 they were no help. And the it's not even boost mobile the paperwork says MIA CELLULAR phone mother fuckers do not go to this location..

I had originally purchased a new plan on line with the intention to use my old phone with my previous carrier. However the new SIM card did not work on my old phone and was referred to my nearest Boost store to get a different card. The minute I entered the store Geraldine greted my family with such love and made us feel welcomed. She was able to help me set up my phone. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I am so happy I stopped at this location.
