My wife decided to fall through the bedroom window. Fortunately, she was unhurt but the window was shattered. I took the broken frame to Best Buy Glass expecting them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Within 2 hours I had the repaired frame and new glass installed. Great service and a great price too!

This is the Second Time I've used them for a Glass shower door and they've exceeded all expectation once again. Kevin was punctual showed up the exact time he said he would. I called for a bid at 8am they were at my house by 11 am taking measurements. Best Service ,Best Quality ,Best Price. Give them your BUISNESS!!!

I might be an unfortunate customers after a recommendation from my friend and 7 5-stars reviews ( Maybe these reviews are all business' friends and family members). I had this business (Kevin and Bob) to install my frameless shower about 2 weeks ago and the result was very disappointed as shown in attached pictures. One of the 3 piece glasses was cut short at 2 sides. One side left 0.5 inch gap with the shower door while other side left another big gap and was filled up with heavy silicone against the top surface of the tub (shown in pictures). These gap exposed to a heavy leak on my first shower. Kevin came back to put a long L-shape bracket under the shower door to prevent the water from flowing out. As a result, my shower now can be open inward only. I requested Kevin to lift the shower door up a little bit so I can open outward but he refused since he was afraid it'll leak more. I also had a minor leak from the gap where a thick silicone filled up mentioned above. I also requested Kevin to replace the wrong cut piece of glass but he refused since he believed it's how the glass opposed to be cut. My shower door also get cut short that left a 3/4 gap with the wall as shown in one of my pictures. My friend, who recommended me to this business, also told me that Kevin cut all his 3 glass doors long and had to redo them all since he and Bob couldn't install them. I'm writing this review to hope that you will make a better choice for your glass shower installation.

The entire team at Best Buy glass was extremely helpful from the word go. I recently purchased a new home and I literally had no screens for any of the windows. Kevin came out quickly and promptly, took his measurements and with 48 hours I had screens that fit and looked great. Thanks everyone!

We've been using this place for years. It's a little hole in the wall, family owned shop that has good service and they do quality work. Prices are competitive, and they do custom work, too. Like a lot of small specialty shops who thought that big box home stores would hurt their business, these places have actually done okay. People really like the expertise these businesses offer.

I stopped by Best Buy Screen and Glass yesterday to get advise on some loose hinges for one of my shower doors. The customer service they provided was excellent. Three (very courteous) people helped me get what I needed, they took time looking at options with me and they had everything in stock. They truly made me feel welcome, they were super helpful and they know their stuff! I bought 3 shower doors from them 12 years ago, and I'll be back for more. Very happy with the product quality and service!
