“My experience was 100% great. I had called Friday and conversed with a gentleman who was knowledgeable, and not in a haste. Saturday morning, I headed there, was in and out with no issues. The energy was 100%.The customer service was professional. Though I can't recall the guy's name who assisted me for being excited that my battery issue was finally resolved after getting the run around from the Porsche Dealer, that did not want to own up to any accountability. All good though. It all still worked out in my favor. “I would really like to give a shout out to O'Reilly's great employees. My daughter called me her car wouldn't start she had to call AAA to jump start the car. They informed her that her battery needs to be changed. So she came home pick me up and we went to O'Reilly's for me battery. The young man there was very polite very helpful he actually helped us install the battery. I have never received such good good customer service. My daughter also was so happy that we found a very kind young man to help us. cuz she needed to go to work the next day. If he would not have helped us install the battery she would have had to call out of work. Thank you so much.”

“I dropped off a set of rotors Monday night to get turned Tuesday. They n Tuesday the brake guy was sick. Tuesday afternoon I called the store and the employee said that the manager was already involved and they were going to take care of me. “My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me. This was awesome he was wearing the O'Reilly green and was an excellent example of being an awesome human and representation of the Corporation.”
