I've order more that 10 times from this company and they've never disappointed. I've order dinars, zim bond, and dong notes. I like the fact that they authenticate their notes with a certificate of authenticity, provide receipts, and a gift of a free note. The timeliness of receiving these notes have always been great (usually within a about 5 days). Also, Iike the fact that I receive points to redeem for future orders and they have competitive pricing. I have nothing negative to say about this company what so ever. Customer service has always been on point.

I have only ordered from this company once and it was 5 items, happy to say the items arrived in great condition and on time, For me this company has been nothing but professional and I would highly recommend,I am a little confused why a bunch of people are rating 1 star but my guess is they do not fully read/ understand all the shipping directions or how the mail system works if your ordering out of the US.I also like how you can get the free shipping after 25$

For me, THIS Company has been nothing but outstanding thus far! I have nothing but great things to say concerning them. I don't know them and have NEVER had to deal with any customer service, as all I've purchased from them has arrived even days before the scheduled delivery dates at times ... which is a very pleasant surprise (that includes the bonus gift) given along with their Certificates of Authenticity. I love their secured packages and the mint condition in which their products arrive. I have recommended them to others that are indeed pleased with the services they provide as well. I will continue ordering from them as well as recommending them to others.Thanks Millions and God Bless You All Abundantly All Ways, Always! ;))P.S. While It may seem that many are disappointed with their services, I can assure you there are waaay more customers that are completely satisfied with them. I ordered 10 sets, total is $103.95. Five of them arrived incomplete. A few weeks of chats, emails, paperwork. They promised resend missed items again and again. They offered a refund only after I promised to call my credit card company. Refunded $7 less that affected sets cost. ) They are acting like small scammers!

UPDATE: I finally received my order well OVER 2 MONTHS after placing the order and paying. Website quoted 3 days for international shipping- for which I paid $70. Total rip-off. Customer service didn't pick up the phone and was very slow to respond over email, and not helpful. Will never order again.(ORIGINAL REVIEW) How does this have a 4.3 star average? All the real reviews are 1 star. Placed an international order, website quoted 3 days for shipping (to the EU), it's been 2 weeks and the package is still stuck in California. When I called USPS, the informed me that customs won't allow shipment of currency to my country. Then why offer it on the website? I tried emailing, calling them - thus far no response. Sounds like I'm in for a long ride to get my money back, wish I'd read the reviews before ordering and never bothered.

Bought a note from them, the note I received did not match the picture of a decent used note in the least. The note I received was a piece of garbage -- torn and taped, punched with holes in the serial numbers. Cannot believe such a thing would be in their inventory, much less sent to a customer.

SCAM! RUN! They will sell at a 'deal' and will cancel the deal with no refund if the currency goes up in value. I have all emails for proof. Beware of Warren and Tatiana.

The worst company I have ever had experiece with.I ordered 2 pieces of 1/2 Dinar Iraq 1973.They sent me 1/2 Dinar Iraq 1993 instead.I contacted them many many times by email and called them many times.Worst customer service especially Ken they didn’t want to refund my money they asked me for some documents and they kept lying on me that they were investigating.They didn’t send me a return label, So I shipped the notes I paid from my pocket. I just wanted to get my money back from these thieves.I gave them 1 star just to comment they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Bad customer service.... ordered what I want. The next day they come back saying they are out of one item I had ordered. My order had 10% discount. Ken asked me to replace with other notes I want. I sent him the replacement note names and asked him to offer 10% discount which was offered to me on my original order. He refused saying the discount is no more valid. Bad Bad customer service.....
